Thanks for the series. Just a suggestion: When you have Ujat Eye and see a Mattock at the shop or enter a I Hear Snakes level, go for the Mattock. It may cost some but that combined with Ujat will make you more than enough gold to get the Ankh and probably some decent items as well.

Do you mean the other purple spider next to the purple spider? my guess is when the rock rolled down it knocked a purple spider off it's web then it fall into the web with the other spider however once a purple spider is knocked off it's web it can no long go up and down and acts like a average enemy AKA it got stuck in the web.

There are some species of flies and ticks where the male purposefully throws himself into the females mouth after sex. Upon consumption, the female produces a larger clutch of eggs.

The true final boss is just an empty room with a rock in it it's name is northern lion it does not attack it just waits for Ryan to take stupid damage.
@Northernlion there is something on the Internet you can download that can customize your Isaac levels like you wanted to, I've seen it done. Maybe that will add some more pizazz and excitement if your bored
Dear Northernlion, Try using the maneating plants to kill shopkeepers. I believe it kills the shopkeeper without angering the rest of them. Therefore free loot.
you should try and get the kapala if you're worried about the health, i heard only 2 damsel sacrifices give it to you, so you could have gotten it at around 19:00 - 20:00
hes explained this many times, he finished the game off camera, it was a bad choice for a blind lets play as the game has a much deeper puzzle system than he first thought. he wanted to experience it properly instead of rushing through it for the sake of the the viewers.
You really need to stop worrying about the small chance of the Rock hitting the shop keepers so much, this game is all about living life on the edge whilst also safely at the same time :/

I played around with the PC version earlier and boulders rarely hit shops.
I think that's fair. If it allows you to teleport to an area with loads and gems/gold/crates, then yeah use it instead of a bomb.

Thing is, when you learn to use it. It's is literally the best item in the game.

Yea, like snakes, they are very easy to kill and are not that big of a treat, so they would be favorite enemy just for that reason alone.
