I know you are young and don’t know everything about life like me, but it would be a pretty cool idea to do a metal health q&a so that people can ask you about your ways of coping through hard times, how you regain happiness, favorite simple hobbies to do when you’re down ( reading, journaling , or deep stuff that other haven’t discovered yet outside of those first two) I think it’s amazing that younger people are starting to become the sunshine’s of life. Like i passed out flowers to strangers as random act of kindness and so many young people ( like teens or mom) wanted flowers but no older people did. It’s really sad to see that the oldest people see less kindness being spread, so you don’t believe it. Breaks my heart 😭💔

I 100% reccomend "A Heart in a Body in the World" it is a about a girl suffering with PTSD and the scary violence about of being a women in the world. The main charachter goes on a long journey to try to "run away from her problems". I highly highlyx10 reccomend this book! It's very moving! Love u and ur vids!!
