Thanks for the upload. I did a track day at Summit Main earlier this month and used this video to get familiar with the track and the lines to follow leading up to the track day. My times were a little slower. 😂
Nice video! I started road racing there in the seventies with TEAM G.O.N.A.D. (good old north American diehards) a team based out of Richmond, VA. Hell I spent my honeymoon at Summit Point. That bitch is long gone but road racing is for life.
Got a question out of pure curiosity because im trying to learn. Why when you guys get on the home straight do you all end up veering almost all the way to the right and then come back left instead of just staying left?
Many reasons - bike may want to keep steering due to bike setup, tired physically, etc. Trying to follow the guy in front of you for the draft, or break the draft for the guy behind you.
