The $25 to $30 Mavllos Assault rods are great bang for the buck. Rated down to lure weight 0.5g. Casts light lures very well. Looking forward to see if your results are the same.
I own a couple of the eradicator rods. I own the 610LT and the 70LT slow taper. I'm thinking about purchasing the 66ULT slow taper. All 3 have a tubular tip
I sold my Eradicator cause I like my Salty Stage Prototype better.I had a close to 90 degree bend just above the ferrule when I had a big walleye on and wasn't paying attention to my rod.The blank is pretty much indestructible.
I’d love to see a review of the Kastking Zephyr BFS rod. Bait Finesse Empire is the only US shop authorized to sell them. They run about 90.00 to your door but these are the rods made just for the Zephyr reel. Please consider doing a review as there are a ton of guys that bought the Zephyr baitcaster. Any idea why I ordered the curado 70mgl and I unboxed it but the box is a bright green compared to a dark green that the curados usually come in.? Plz help I need to know if I got sold a knock off I just don’t understand why the box is bright green compared to all my others that are dark green
Do you think I could take a line guide from a metanium Dc or mgl150 and put it on my scorpion Dc as an upgrade? Idk if they use the same worm gear but I did locate the part

Do you know any good reels for lures between 6 and 12 grams. My budget is up to around 250€ but I don’t mind buying a cheaper reel. It can also be a jdm reel since I’ve bought one from Digitaka and the delivery was very quick. I’ve been looking at the Tatula 80 and the Fishband clamber hyper micro bfs. It says that the clamber has a casting weight from 1 to 10 grams. So maybe it’s too light? My friend had a Kastking zephyr and it casted lures from 6 to 12 grams soooo well but it broke in a very short time. So I’m a little scared that the same might happen with the Fishband clamber? I would really appreciate if you would suggest some reels for me. You make amazing videos btw!

I purchased the 7’4” Dobyns Sierra Ultra Light. I have it paired with a Kastking Zephyr. I love it. I caught a monster Muskie on it 3 weeks ago. I can’t tell you how big the Muskie was as I fish out of an 8’ fiberglass pontoon where I sit up. I got the fish to the side of the boat after a 1/2 hour fight and wearing her out. I caught her on 4lb fluorocarbon and a micro crank. The fish had to be close to 4 feet long. I caught a catfish last week on a crappie jig that I did get the weight on, 11.35lbs. That Muskie was double its weight easily. Caught them both on that setup.
AG Venom is basically a rebrand of an old Dagger Royal Spirit. I just happened to have them both. Typical cheap and boring 24 ton carbon blank, they state that they used 24+30ton but honestly there is almost no difference and the only difference i believe comes from a bit smaller and lighter guides used on venom. Dagger Royal Spirit was a decent rod for 24$ it costed. I would pass on venom if somebody looking to buy it.

the abu garcia eradicator baitfinesse prototype is my favourite bfs rod ive got, well worth the price tag and matches really nicely with my gekkabijin
The baitfiness eradicator is one of my fav rod. I also have the Realfinesse finesse eradicator and there proto type.. I love them rods

The ULT means ultralight tubular. If there is an S it's a solid tip. I was looking at those salty styles too. I'm getting that 22 also

I have the venom in 7’ish but the tip is very fragile.. ace hawk did send me a replacement tip but maybe the shorter rod might be better

These rods are for squid (Ajing) bait finesse fishing and are limp and slow. Should work fine and load well with other bfs lures, as well.
Squid is Egging, Ajing is horse mackerel.
