This was in 2007. Paris was already infamous for that back then. The only reason why it didn’t happen to me while I was there I guess is that I didn’t go clubbing during MY short stay. It’s a dangerous place for young women. My sister got lucky, the spiker didn’t get to her, as she rushed to the toilet as soon as she started feeling dizzy and her friends went to her, taking her home after that. But that really put me off from Paris.
