ive been trying this out for a while and if your adc is good its pretty worth to get dark seal after wisp and Ionian because if it does max out mejais gives a nice 10% ms and some hp and significant ap so you have much better sustain , dmg, and kite

dark seal does feel pretty nice for renata, i think she's the best to play when you're snowballing so dark seal helps with that

mandate can be good on her for sure - i would say the most effective way to play her is to build some tank items as she dies so fast
