    Anytime that water is sitting in room temperature, it starts to grow bacteria and mold, so unless it's stored in the refrigerator, it'll need a preservative! I have read that Vitamin E will help hold it over a tad bit longer in a room temperature setting, but I'm not sure exactly how long. I'd rather be safe than sorry because you don't want to be putting bacteria or mold on your hair or scalp. You could always keep it refrigerated in order to refrain from bacteria growth as well.
    Blessings, peace and happy diy to all ☺

    you can put if on as often as you would like once a week or once a day up to you . I find it strengthens and makes your hair thick.

  • @myhairstylemagazine
    @myhairstylemagazine  11 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    up to you, I use it to strengthen my hair so I like to use it and leave it in for a special treatment . so I will put it on in the morning leave it in all day and wash out the next day. hope this helps give you an idea on how to use it.

    hair grows faster in the summer hotter months it seems ao it depends on climate and condition of hair so climate you cant control but your hair condition you can control :) but regardless your hair is constantly growing

  • @myhairstylemagazine
    @myhairstylemagazine  11 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    no, but you can add glycerin to the rose water to create a rosewater liquid soap or face wash which is nice too ! :)

      DO NOT GET ROSES FROM A STORE. They were treated with chemicals to stay fresh. You want organic, non treated.

  • @themrsteddybear1044
    @themrsteddybear1044 9 ปีที่แล้ว +10

    Isn't it a little excessive bleaching (which is a pretty harsh chemical) your pot and cup? You are heating your water to a boil...which can kill way more "nasties" anyway?

  • @myhairstylemagazine
    @myhairstylemagazine  11 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    you can boil normal water to kill the germs if you do not have distilled water. just make sure you dont boil the roses like I say in this video or you could kill the important nutritious elements in the roses which is the whole point in the first place. hope this helps ;)

  • @myhairstylemagazine

    I dont like using a microwave and choose not to own one, I feel they are unhealthy for so many reasons, also research has found that vitamins deplete in foods put in the micrwave so I feel the healthy vitamins and minerals in the roses can also be depleted and so I dont reccommend it, but in the end it's up to you and what you choose to do :D
