Tommy compares Kellogg's Rice Krispies vs. Kroger Crispy Rice, Nabisco Oreos vs. Kroeger Original Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, Haribo Gold Bears vs. Kroger Gummi Bears, A&W Root Beer vs. Big K Root Beer, and Lay's Classic Potato Chips vs. Kroger Classic Potato Chips.

IceVines he was blind since birth. I would understand if he all the sudden went blind he would be like that. But him being blind is his norm. And he said in a video that he wouldn't want to see because it would be overwhelming.

So the moral is: don't bother paying more for the name brand.
Cereal is pretty much the only thing where I can taste a clear difference. Knock off brands of cereal tend to taste like plastic to me, just a bit ‘off.’ But yeah, everything else is good.

I think the difficulty telling them apart is a testament to how some stores have really improved their generic brands in a lot of items. plus... super helpful in knowing which items we should just all buy Kroger generic! you should hire yourself out for a Kroger commercial... showing how in a truly blind test, their generic can taste better! love it, Tommy!
We know Tommy's taste buds are terrible and that his sense of smell is suspect, but how about haranguing his hearing?
Since Tommy's a movie buff it'd be interesting to see his knowledge tested in a "Name That Tune" kinda scenario, where a 2-3 second snippet of a film is played and he has to name the movie it's from.
