- I saw 2 thugs giving a man a hard time so I went out to film.
I was instantly told I can not film that we know is bull****, So backup was called on and I wass attacked I could say. I was hit in the troat by a mans elbow and pushed into the road.
I have made a police complaint, Council complaint and complaint to the company 3Gs.

Very unprofessional behaviour by 3GS staff. I'm not 100% sure but I think enforcement officers have to hold a licence. Misbehaviour eg forcing you into the road could result in the licence being revoked and the enforcement officer losing his job. Fight this one, mate.

Up the gym I use there's these two big massive brothers they're both huge and juiced to the max (full of steroids) one brother was mr UK and he competed in mr universe the other brother is just a big lump he doesn't have the shape to compete,they both sell gear and the one who doesn't compete works for a company like this I can't remember the name of the company now (active debt collection or somthing simular) anyway he was in jail 10 years ago for Robbery and impersonation of a police officer he had 12 years. (Him and his mates would dress like cops and go around people they knew where involved in a bit of tax evasion and drug dealers so they would knock on the door dressed like police and a soon as someone opened the door they would barge in tie them up and rob them blind) but that's the kind of people they employ,a few ex cons up the gym work for debt collection agencies.they were telling me they have to have a clean record for 7 years and then they can work in security or debt collection.

The joy for the council about employing external companies is they don't have to pay council and union agreed overtime rates, sick pay, pension contributions or holiday pay or even give the same holiday allocation as their own employees, the employees don't have the same exalted work rights as council employees and more and if someone goes sick the company has to find a replacement immediately or they can be threatened with breaching the contract, so no wonder the 3gs guys get a bit aggressive, because they are treated like crappy second class workers, and even if they are taken from that contract due to misconduct, most piss poor companies will put them somewhere else as jobs like this are hard to fill.
Sorry about all that, and it doesn't excuse their conduct.

To be honest the Brownshirt, sorry PCSO, was probably scared of the big bald angry man. I'm sure there must be a way to file a complaint against the incompetent little twerp, and also hopefully get your details redacted from his notes.
uktokers the PCSO has as much authority as the Council hired thug so he can’t arrest the thug only ask him stay until the Police arrive.
peacockealot The PCSO has very limited powers but he could’ve detained him for 30 minutes until a proper copper arrived. He should’ve at the very least taken details from the suspect instead of concentrating on taking the victim’s details and letting the suspect walk away.

The council DON’T employ them, the council allow them to operate in their borough and dish out fines, which the council receive a small percentage of, the rest going to the company, there’s no incentive to reduce littering, they WANT you to litter so they can screw you

You should have asked for the real police constable, that i-plod can't even take a statement from you ! He's just a person impersonating a police officer, total wast of our money. There are over 10,000 PCSOs in the UK, I say sack the lot and and employ 5,000 more real officer.
I agree i was just so shook at the situation. I have now made the Formal Complaint to the police and Leeds City Council and his company of work. So far his company of work has got back to me and said its been transfered to a higher manager operations manager infact. Im not having this I will be going after him full blaze. Fuck the police county court tackle this.
PCSOs are a total con - the government trying to fool the public into believing they are providing actual active deterrence against and investigation of crime. Total waste of taxpayers' money.
Pcso isn't a paid job where I come from not sure about up north. They get nothing for it , volunteer work.
