HELL YEAH Netflix, campaign for that Oscar! This is the best animated movie I've seen this year.
I’ve already watched this film three times. It is something that I wanna show and recommend to everyone, I can. It’s honestly my second favorite film of 2021 and I feel so blessed to be alive to experience it. It resonated with me as much as I’m sure it did many others and it’s truly great.

@@escapism1477 Uhm, it would be Pig. The story really resonated with me even more than Mitchells. I think Nicholas Cage gives one of his best performances, which is saying a lot cuz I thought Adaptation would be a pretty hard performance to out do. It was certainly a breath of fresh air for "revenge" type stories, and it almost seemed a bit therapeutic in tone and dealing w/ grief. Pretty cool movie. What's your favorite of this year?

Great film with the exception that Some scenes were to violent taking to account it is also a children's movie.
Furthermore we did not notice that lgbtq thing in the movie. Were there clues about that?

I think it's Grey DeLise (Griffin) - the voice of Azula, Daphne Blake, Vicky and Tooth Fairy on Fairly Odd Parents, Sam on Danny Phantom.

I hate how they think they’re breaking molds by by being quirky.
No this movie is breaking the mold cause it was willing to take a change on a gay lead character cause no animated studio has the balls to go all the way
This was such a great movie👍 but I hate how they have to point out that there is a gay teenager in the movie lol who cares! It’s just to grab more attention, the movie is great without all that BS
Exactly. Gay people should be kept a secret. Maybe it would have been okay if they said lgbtq but in a whisper?
But seriously - I don’t think this is the first lgbtq character in a movie and it isn’t central to the plot - but also not being a bigot is not pretending as if everyone is the same, not being a bigot is celebrating everyone’s differences.
