Why Rhythm Doctor is the best Rhythm game

Rhtyhm games have always been one of my favorite genre of games, but with so many different ones out there, what really is the best one? What makes certain ones bad, and what makes the good ones great? Well, I'm not really qualified to answer but I tried anyway.
