    Hellooooo dear Jeff. Thanks for keeping us updated. Your little Jenny Chow is very cute.....and love your scooter..
    I used to have a Vespa in my younger days that i loved....used to run on the smell of an oil rag those days. Very cheap to run....you please take care.

      Hi Val, I hope you and your husband are well. Jenny the Chow is very tiring, but has done wonders for my stress.
      Thanks for your comments regarding the scooter. When the weather is great, I can't think of a more enjoyable way to travel.
      I took the gamble with this Chinese one, but I have been very happy with it.
      As always, take care,
      Jeff xx

      Hi Wayne, I loved On the Buses as a kid. I remember we had to leave earlier from holiday on a Saturday because I didn't want to miss OTB.
      I have always wanted to visit the filming locations and finally did it.
      A colleague is currently at the Pontin's in Wales, he didn't know that that was the camp that they filmed Holiday on the buses.
      He is enjoying going round looking at the locations then and now.

    I'm literally poised at purchasing one of these so your review has been vital for me. Generally reviews are good. My worry is the service intervals. First one six weeks to maintain the warranty. I'll be buying new. I'm so close to parting with my readies 😂

    • @DiecastPowderCoating
      @DiecastPowderCoating  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Kevin and thanks for watching. I've had it for three years in August so coming up to it's first MOT. Admittedly I have only done about 3500 miles on it as I am a fair weather rider, but have been caught out in a few downpours.
      It has never let me down. The only time that I did have problems was when I took it for it's 1st service. I wondered why it was feeling a weird at the back, but when I was washing the back wheel I found that they hadn't put the rear wheel nut on.
      After that I did the servicing myself and at least I know what I have done.
      The only thing to watch for when new is to check for loose bolts, not important ones though. Just exhaust trim etc. Some I have put some thread lock and they have been fine since.
      I know of only one person who had a problem, you may have seen his review on TH-cam.
      I do highly recommend it.
      Take care, Jeff

      @@DiecastPowderCoating thank you so much for taking the time to reply. I don't think I have any excuse not to go for one. I watched your servicing video and I would be able to cope with that after the warranty. I've now got the money, I just need the ooomph to go to the dealer and get the ball rolling. I wouldn't say I'm a procrastinator but I'm 65 so I need to try to see where it'll end as the years go by. Haven't looked at tax and insurance yet so need to do that in the next few days.

    • @DiecastPowderCoating
      @DiecastPowderCoating  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Robert, I didn't know that they brought out a 300 Aura. Just looked at a review on it and it looks a great bike. As for the tyre pressure monitors, I don't know, I would think it doesn't, but I may be wrong. As the Aura 125cc has been out for a while I would think that there would be a top box fitting. It took a few months for the Pegasus, but they always bring one out.

    • @DiecastPowderCoating
      @DiecastPowderCoating  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Paul, you shouldn't need any fittings . Once you take the black V shape trim of at the front you can get to the bolts. You may need a long socket to get them out as they are recessed.
      The V shape panel just pulls out by pulling it out forwards. The two end bits of the panel have taps that just slide out.
