To those of us in the Northern hemisphere, the phrase "the heat of February " just sounds unnatural. I know it's differentfor people down under the equator it just sounds bizarre lol
I hunt north american gray squirrel in Canada, I enjoyed this video and the one you did with Cai a while back. Hunting the grays is hard because you have to deal with shooting at angles . Trees and branches blocking your shot too.
Thouroughly enjoyed this segment. I think I could happily live in an Ox Wagon where you guys camped out for the rest of my days. I learned something too. I'm a large person and have always struggled with the sitting knee supported shooting position. I never once thought to use a sandbag :/
To say squirrels are tough is an understatement. Growing up in the farmlands of central California (I'm 60) and shooting grounders all the time, I know; it doesn't take a second or two, it takes the blink of an eye!! Body shots often lead to them darting ten feet after impact and that's usually just far enough to allow them to run into their hole. If it's not a head shot that drops it in its tracks then you'll be lucky to get off a second shot. Now I'm talking about a .22 LR or sometimes a .22 Mag. that I grew up using. These are about the closest comparison to a modern high powered PCP that you can get (in my opinion). My Mag would usually make an upper body shot count, but the .22 LR not so much. I've watched numerous videos of PCP rifles taking out big-game and so I think the possibilities are endless. I own a Gamo-Whisper in .22 and I love it like I did when I had a Red-Ryder as a kid. The guns are better and the kids have grown!!! 🛠

You need to hold a competition were one of your subscribers gets to go shooting with you ... Were you show them your country and the game and shoot skin eat what you take..... Be nice to see you helping a shooter who hasn't got your permissions and land ... Please take a subscriber shooting even if it's just ground squirrels or goose ... As always a great video and a pleasure to watch 💯👍
Cool, your Toyota sounds like a diesel engine. It is fun to see how different countries get different vehicles from the same manufacturer. You kinda need diesel in that environment.

Thank you! The farmer’s house is just below that hill, he carried the cross up there and set it up overlooking the house when they built the house.

What kind of Element Scope is on your black Rifle ? Looks like a new version as the illumination knop is not as outlined as on the other Scopes.
A thermal Clip on for the .22-250 would be just the job for the monkeys !
I used to go monkey hunting in the Eastern Cape some years ago using an LM4...long grass didn`t stop them hiding from 5.56mm and 30rd mags...😆
