Beautiful home! Most laundry comes from bedrooms and bathrooms. I would like the laundry room to be close to those rooms. Also, at least 1 bedroom on ground floor in case a family member can not climb stairs at some point in their lives, also easier on a care taker to assist such a person. I am sure this home will be sold quickly.

The kitchen looks stunning BUT there’s little to no prep counter top space. Obviously all show and very little thought process into actually using the kitchen in a practical way.
It's absolutely exquisite in its architecture and decor. My only complaint is the lack of accessible upper cupboards in the kitchen, and lower cupboards for that matter. I'm sure there's a pantry but I still need accessibility of storage for everyday use. Great video too!

Exactly it gave me a plantation feeling on the way up the stairs, the the first bedroom gave cheap black furniture from the corner store. But the walk up to the front door is what got me. The flowers were beautiful to me.
Beautiful but to many walls and corners want an open living room dining room and kitchen but still beautiful also the decoration i definitely would made changes to everything to squashed together and colors off

What a stunning house! So very much my taste except I love old homes with lots of character. I love the exterior, the beautiful lush hydrangeas, and hardscaping. I love the kitchen too. Gosh I would spend all my time in there.
