I was trying to open mine backwards for about 15 minutes 😅 Those silver tabs looked important to maybe keeping it locked shut. I finally had a lightbulb moment 🤯😅🫂

I had to use the Enter key then hit F1 like you showed. I was losing my MIND spamming , hold, praying that F1 would work lol.

I slammed f8 and f11 trying to get into the recovery menu on a used, beat up, bitlocked office lenovo I found but it took me into the bios instead. Had to access recovery with a key combo that popped on the screen for about 2 seconds before it went into the bios, I thing it was ctrl f or something.

When i try the same thing a black screen appears with a lock symbol on top i assume asking for a password but i never set a password for this is there any way to reset or somehow skip this?
