I disagree that revenant was added because caustic isnt anymore a villain, but simply because they are two very different villains, one kills with the purpose of studying death and improving his gas, the other kills just because he likes to.
I LOVE Caustic. His voice lines, demeanor, and casual insults at his teammates. Yes! But I am worried about him becoming a Dad figure to Wattson. I mean, he's killed a lot of people and then him acting soft to another Legend. I love it the concept and I am worried about the execution.

I think him being nice to Wattson makes sense in a way. She’s a fellow intelligent mind and he is infatuated with that brightness, I think it’s natural that he would give her kudos for her feats.

Definitely sociopath, his cause seems to be the fact he had to dull and hide his emotions for the sake of his research. He wasn't born like that.
