I was blown away by your start up. I was in tears when you mentioned that the church people refused from you entered the Church. Many are called but only few are chosen.
Stumbled across these video and found them fascinating. Have been in the building industry since leaving school and now teach rather than hands on. I've got the stage in my life just turning 50 Im looking to for another direction, one last ditch attempt so to speak on becoming financially free. I have soo many questions right now about rent to rent. I live in Cheshire under the grip of new developments and house prices rocketing, if you find them. Nearest town for opportunity would be stoke I assume. The cynical part of me watching these videos, appears it ok to find a rent to rent deal but it how you source tenants. Have 2-3 rooms to let, i wouldn't think it that easy to find tenants, good tenants at that. Then the cost of repair or evicting bad tenants etc, this is something that doesn't seem to be covered. I'm so desperate to try something different, have about £10,000 to start with or afford to loose, however you look at it. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
Wonderful inspiring telling of her journey. Dream home to be built in The Gambia is wonderful. The Gambians are such lovely kind and true people, everyone seems to be a yellow Mercedes cab driver too lol. I have a Gambian Brother called Lamin Jassey who I help when I can financially. My Mother actually passed away there in 2016. I have a friend who is a supermarket business owner there and received a thank you mention from the previous President because he increased the economy massively, that's how poor the nation's people are. The previous President wouldn't relinquish power and Robert Mugabe offered him shelter to leave the country with his stollen assets! The people live on a shoe string! You haven't seen happier children given a pencil compared to the ungrateful in the west! I hope she gives all she can to help the people when she has her dream home and she's financially free.

How come controlling 45 units she is only making £7k profit? or am i missing something. Please don't take my question in the wrong way, it just didn't add up. I did Samuels DFE course which of course really helped and I’m am readying books atm and studying multiple courses but I just need to sell my first deal through a compliant sourcer and I don’t know the little steps such as do I send them a contract and if so what contract, terms and polices and also building an investors list is confusing because I don’t know how to online. I have sent out messages to different investors but they just don’t seem to reply.
@@alexm7992have you watched Samuels Leeds TH-cam channel? When I say watch, I mean not a few videos I mean watch as many as you can? Loads of info in there. I'd probably say these are some of the options you have. 1) Get yourself on the next free crash course and find a compliant deal sourcer there and do a co-source deal with them. Find investors there too. 2) Look online for a PIN meeting near you, go to that and collect business cards from investors. Ask them what they are looking for make notes then source those types of properties and if the figures add up send the R O I information out to the investor/s. 3) slow down, relax the training of multiple courses and concentrate on just the deal sourcing strategy. Hopefully you can do those. Was the course the free deal sourcing course?

Does nobody else here think that all R2R does is increase the price paid by the tenants who could otherwise rent the property themselves and split by “standard rent” for the whole property between themselves? As an economist I find it bewildering how people are celebrated for making lots of money by merely making things for other people more expensive without adding any productive capacity to the economy. Too many people doing this kind of stuff rather than having genuinely productive jobs are the reason for the UK’s low productivity growth.
Samuel im struggling to get a mortgage due the property needing refurbishment and multiple trades works. Can i get a mortgage on a property that needs work doing to it?
Probably not as a starter, I've heard of sink or swim, that's a shark invested paddling pool to dive in! Start small, take on what you can handle, build your power team then expand!
