I am finishing a hat but hate changing to dpns. Your socks are lovely and the gloves are needed for the winter. I really like the yarn you bought from Likac. Take care ❤😊
It’s dark and dismal here too am in Eyemouth Scotland at the seaside at our caravan hour from home in Edinburgh hubby not good with some illness and mobility bad so easier here til we close up end of month also a change for me too Lovely to see you xx

The witches brew cowl is so beautiful! My advent arrived safely. I panicked when I got the email saying a delivery was coming as I thought I’d got to a stage of forgetting what I’ve ordered haha xx
I too, used to have a memory like a sieve. Since the brain tumour and hydrocephalus, however, we joke that my memory is more like a cattle grid!! I am very proud of you and your frogging endeavours 👊. I have my customary one pair of socks and one blanket ‘assortment’ of WIPs!! Jinny x

The cowl is lovely , I love colourwork so popped doodle book into my shopping basket, I lknit with wee county yarn minis so will create an advent cowl for this year. So glad your Halloween socks now fit better as watching you whilst knitting the Heel toe do si do socks in the same yarn as yourself. I have also caked the pink version as have a long journey coming up which means sock tube but it will be bright and stripy to keep me going 😀
The question is, which way are you going to catch floats in the future? I don't do a lot of cokorwork, but I just kind of wing it as I go depending on how long the floats would be.
I think it will depend on the project, my mood, colour of the yarn etc. I hold a strand in each hand, so its just as fast either way. Time will tell lol! x
