You know what's really weird, when Chester died, I turned to my hero academia to inspire me to be better and remember him in a healthy way, and when Stan lee died my entire life crumpled down around me, I'm 16 and my two top idol/inspirations died just a year apart and I went into a deep depression, and then I heard the new season of my hero academia was having another season a month later and I found it as a sign so my decade resolution was to stop crying for them but instead be happy they lived a full and loved life, and I know your just a person on the internet who isn't actually him but thank you anyways

Please, I beg, make a documentary/feature film about Chester's life and show it in cinemas around the world. Film about all his good and bad moments, about everything he did to everyone in this world, about his influence, his legacy to this world. I want to watch and feel everything he faced in his life. I want everyone to know how big a legend he is. I want to show this film to my children in 5/10/15 years so they can understand how much did Chester mean to their dad.
Let them know, how he dealt with depression. He saved thousands of people even though he suffered from depression. Let them know that depression is not an identity, it is a problem we have to talk about, but nobody does. :(
Man...one of the worst days ever. Clicked on this video within an hour of its release. Watched it about 20x. Got online to order tickets for Linkin Park with MGK in Charlotte, NC that summer for what would've been my first LP concert. Then my old friend messaged me and told me Chester had passed away. Nothing was ever the same after that. Chester was my biggest inspiration for wanting to be a singer. A lot of my passion for music died that day with him. I don't use this phrase lightly when I say Linkin Park saved my life. Depression sucks, man. I fight it every day. And I know he fought it as long as he could. He helped so many of us without a voice, who were too young to really understand or express those feelings that made his lyrics so universal, and made LP arguably the biggest rock band of the 21st century. And yeah, I can see how, as great as they are, LP could put them to shame live, which is (ironically) nothing to be ashamed of because they're great in their own right. Consider yourself lucky! Never getting to see them live will always be one of my biggest regrets in life. I've always been a tightwad & have missed out on a lot of great shows. It's hard not to cry because I also feel connected like everyone in these comment sections, and I don't want to believe it's true. It's a harsh reality to come to terms with the fact that someone that I idolized for so long left this earth the way he did... Also, apparently Linkin Park isn't eligible for induction to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame until 2025, but they should be inducted today in my opinion.

Exactly, he was abused as a child and has depression problems and because of that he also had some drug and alcohol problems, he was an inspiration to me since I first heard In the End by Linkin Park. As I heard about his death, my face became full of tears. A really tragic story of such a great dude.

I have live audio they sent us from the concert (they would send each recorded show) from I believe the Thousand Suns Tour. They had to cancel some shows after since Chester was really sick. I know it's not the same, but I'd be more than happy to share.
I was never a massive linkin park fan, but Chester's voice was truly a distinctive sound when they hit the scene, respect their music a lot. Sad to see him go.

Rest In Peace Chester. The voice of my childhood. I remember having suicidal thoughts at the age of eleven because of bullies and when being depressed, I would go and listen to Linkin Park. It would usually help a lot. I discovered Linkin Park in 2014 thanks to the song Numb and was a hardcore fan ever since. I even managed to see them live in my hometown of Prague just 2 months before Chester’s passing. And even though it is one year now, I still am praying for a news article saying it was all fake and you are alive. However, as time went by, I realized it will probably never happen. Goodbye legend.

I used to ask my dad before hockey games when I was a kid, can we please listen the your Linkin Park CD,.....He would always put it on because it pumped me up....but my mom got mad because it has swearing. This was the same for me. This was the first day I cried myself to sleep since a few years. My best friend died nearly seven years ago and I heard LP excessively. On that day the old wounds were ripped open again. I am so glad Mike is touring in Europe. I'll be at his concert in Munich.

@@giacomobattisti7943 they were supposed to tour In the US and come by September of last year in California I was so excited got my first job the day this video came out and was excited to finally be able to see them. I went to the memorial concert in Hollywood but sad I never got to experience Linkin Park Live. I loved One More Light it was different but I loved it before he passed and still do to this day.

I still remember that day like if it was yesterday. I went to their Concert in Monza on the 17th of June, and couldn't wait to see them again. When the concert began with this song I was so thrilled as it was my favorite one from their new album. And, when it was chosen as an official single after the end of the European tour, I was so excited because I knew that somewhere in those images there was me. As a soldier, nothing couldn’t have made me happier. Later in the afternoon, I read about the Chester news. I was so shocked. Everyone was talking about fake news, and I felt so concerned that I kept frenetically refreshing journal pages to find some information. At night it was confirmed that Chester died. I cried a lot. He was more than just an artist, he was a confident friend. His voice and Mike's one kept me company literally every day, and I felt so hurt from learning this news that I couldn’t listen to his voice for a long time. That day was a terrible emotional rollercoaster, from pure and unconditional happiness to the worst kind of pain of having lost someone close to you. I love you and miss you Chester, my dear friend.

I'm 20 yrs old and an engineering student. I am the eldest son of the family. My significant other that had been for me for almost 5 yrs broke up with me. After that, I fell in love again and then later on, she came back to her ex (my best friend) two heart breaks in a row. Aside from that I also feel pressure. I am a working student and one of those family providers. I am having a hard time dealing with pressure, disappointments and heart breaks. Listening to LP songs is what keeping me continuing. I love the skngs in the end, numb, and castle of glass. All of their songs are masterpiece. RIP Chester Bennington. And hope ur doing well mr Mike shinoda.

Please, I beg, make a documentary/feature film about Chester's life and show it in cinemas around the world. Film about all his good and bad moments, about everything he did to everyone in this world, about his influence, his legacy to this world. I want to watch and feel everything he faced in his life. I want everyone to know how big a legend he is. I want to show this film to my children in 5/10/15 years so they can understand how much did Chester mean to their dad.

Man...one of the worst days ever. Clicked on this video within an hour of its release. Watched it about 20x. Got online to order tickets for Linkin Park with MGK in Charlotte, NC that summer for what would've been my first LP concert. Then my old friend messaged me and told me Chester had passed away. Nothing was ever the same after that.
Chester was my biggest inspiration for wanting to be a singer. A lot of my passion for music died that day with him. I don't use this phrase lightly when I say Linkin Park saved my life. Depression sucks, man. I fight it every day. And I know he fought it as long as he could. He helped so many of us without a voice, who were too young to really understand or express those feelings that made his lyrics so universal, and made LP arguably the biggest rock band of the 21st century.

And yeah, I can see how, as great as they are, LP could put them to shame live, which is (ironically) nothing to be ashamed of because they're great in their own right. Consider yourself lucky! Never getting to see them live will always be one of my biggest regrets in life. I've always been a tightwad & have missed out on a lot of great shows. Nothing lasts forever, and any day could be our last. Now, when my favorite artists are in the area (and I can afford it) I jump on those tickets. 😂

It's hard not to cry because I also feel connected like everyone in these comment sections, and I don't want to believe it's true. It's a harsh reality to come to terms with the fact that someone that I idolized for so long left this earth the way he did...
Also, apparently Linkin Park isn't eligible for induction to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame until 2025, but they should be inducted today in my opinion.

As I heard about his death, my face became full of tears. A really tragic story of such a great dude.

I have live audio they sent us from the concert (they would send each recorded show) from I believe the Thousand Suns Tour. They had to cancel some shows after since Chester was really sick. I know it's not the same, but I'd be more than happy to share.

Rest In Peace Chester. The voice of my childhood. I remember having suicidal thoughts at the age of eleven because of bullies and when being depressed, I would go and listen to Linkin Park. It would usually help a lot. I discovered Linkin Park in 2014 thanks to the song Numb and was a hardcore fan ever since. I even managed to see them live in my hometown of Prague just 2 months before Chester’s passing. And even though it is one year now, I still am praying for a news article saying it was all fake and you are alive. However, as time went by, I realized it will probably never happen. Goodbye legend.

7 years ago the world lost one of the best artists in history. Linkin Park will always be my favorite band and it makes me sad that I have never been to a concert but I always listen to their songs.

This was the same for me. This was the first day I cried myself to sleep since a few years. My best friend died nearly seven years ago and I heard LP excessively. On that day the old wounds were ripped open again. I am so glad Mike is touring in Europe. I'll be at his concert in Munich.

I went to the memorial concert in Hollywood but sad I never got to experience Linkin Park Live. I loved One More Light it was different but I loved it before he passed and still do to this day.

I still remember that day like if it was yesterday. I went to their Concert in Monza on the 17th of June, and couldn't wait to see them again. When the concert began with this song I was so thrilled as it was my favorite one from their new album. And, when it was chosen as an official single after the end of the European tour, I was so excited because I knew that somewhere in those images there was me. As a soldier, nothing couldn’t have made me happier. Later in the afternoon, I read about the Chester news. I was so shocked. Everyone was talking about fake news, and I felt so concerned that I kept frenetically refreshing journal pages to find some information. At night it was confirmed that Chester died. I cried a lot. He was more than just an artist, he was a confident friend. His voice and Mike's one kept me company literally every day, and I felt so hurt from learning this news that I couldn’t listen to his voice for a long time. That day was a terrible emotional rollercoaster, from pure and unconditional happiness to the worst kind of pain of having lost someone close to you. I love you and miss you Chester, my dear friend.

I'm 20 yrs old and an engineering student. I am the eldest son of the family. My significant other that had been for me for almost 5 yrs broke up with me. After that, I fell in love again and then later on, she came back to her ex (my best friend) two heart breaks in a row. Aside from that I also feel pressure. I am a working student and one of those family providers. I am having a hard time dealing with pressure, disappointments and heart breaks. Listening to LP songs is what keeping me continuing. I love the skngs in the end, numb, and castle of glass. All of their songs are masterpiece. RIP Chester Bennington. And hope ur doing well mr Mike shinoda.
