This song is criminally underrated. Linkin Park means a lot to me. They helped me through the worst of times and their music was always there for me. I was at the record store the day Hybrid Theory dropped. Never got broken up over a celebrity passing before but losing Chester still hurts.

I like so much this band because they report very well, in their songs, a lot of issues: politic (No more sorrow), kinds of relationships (with you, pushing me away, in the end), forgiven (leave out all the rest), reflexion (what I've done, burning in the skies), hope (iridescent, final masquerade), indecision (runaway), angry (Bleed it out, given up), honor (castle of glass). Sometimes, when I listened a song, I told myself: "Wait a minute! This song is to me! They (Linkin Park) are talking to me....they are discribing me! They understand my feelings and my situation!". It was enough. However, they made better with their style and way to sing! Just AMAZING! I apologize for my English speaking, because unfortunately I don't speak very well yet. I noticed that a lot of people are arguing about which album is the best. I'm more curious about what the fuck this video's about... great song though.
I am 39 years old, and LP was one of the few groups i still listen to that i started listening to in my 20s, I think i took the music for granted, never got around to going to a show, always said next year...i remember when 2pac and biggie died and people were crying at my school, kurt cobain too, and never really got it, now i get it, i was pretty broke up when i heard the news, and i was like that for several days, maybe 2 weeks after. My 7 year old is a huge fan of LP and we have been listening pretty much non stop since we heard the news, I can't even bring myself to tell him what happened to chester, he isn't really old enough to understand..My only hope is that when he is my age he will play LP for his kids, and Chester will live on through his music.

I think the best songs they made were there early ones before they went in this pop direction instead f their old sound. But then again apparently they make more money this time because their audience is bigger disregarding the fact that most people who loved their old sound have left them. Zhoekov i agree hybrid theory and meteora i could not fault 1 single song, their new albums im not a huge fan though i do love some of their new stuff, but what i love about LP is that i feel they have always stayed true to themselves us older fans may have kick started them but i feel they have always produced music that they love and dont go with what everyone wants as their sound always seems to be evolving and changing and i respect them for doing what they want and also they did the whole of hybrid theory last year at download festival which was epic so they definitely havent forgot their old fans, but i dont think their new music is complete shit maybe not to my taste all the time but you can hear the effort and emotion they put into alot of their songs.

December 15, 2014, I walked out of the courthouse in my hometown. 13 years earlier to the very day, I got married to my college sweetheart. This particular day we both went into the courthouse married and walked out divorced. Three children together...many years of love, tears, joy, sweat, fighting to keep it together. When I went back to my vehicle to drive from the courthouse to my new life, this was the very first song that came on. It was the first time hearing it. It spoke directly to me and pierced my heart. It broke my exterior walls down and stripped me down emotionally. I needed it if I were to make the most important changes I needed to make to navigate me moving forward in life. Although most of the storm clouds have cleared from my life since those days. I listen to this song with much retrospect. It motivates me to keep moving on...forgive myself for the many mistakes I made, & to put love for those around me at the top of my priorities. Chester had so many storm clouds in his life, but I’m certain where he is now, those storm clouds have parted and he feels the warmth of love all around him. His poetry and artistry is his legacy.... it’s his blessing to the world that will live on forever. If this song tears you down like it did me, I pray this helps you to understand sometimes the unthinkable destruction of your world is necessary to rebuild something new... something stronger and more vivid in your life.
Yeah, the hardest part of ending is moving on. I have 3 children also and we split up Nov 26, 2016. It sucks. Life sucks since then. I tried to move on but all things remind me about my children. Missing them so much

Not only that, but weeks ago, the woman I most loved in my life got married to another guy. Since then, I'm trying to live my life, to keep the focus on my studies and, above all, to help my mother. Fighting depression for most of my life myself, in hindsight and with the knowledge what Chester went through, it's amazing how many Linking Park songs and lyrics seem like a foreshadowing. Oh how well do I know that masquerade you put on for your family, so they don't see your pain and don't have to suffer with you. The things you want to say, but can't. The things you would need to hear, but never do.

You know the guys in white coats at 3:25 getting ready to leap off the ledge? I think that's a reference to the Apple/FoxConn factory workers suicides. Some of the poor Chinese workers that make your iPhones tried to commit suicide by jumping off ledges from the inside of the factory, because of the soul-crushing hours and next-to-nothing pay. But the corporations didn't respond by changing the hours or the salary, and actually trying to make life better for the workers. They just installed safety nets at the bottom of the building. I don't know if LP is referencing this or not, but I feel like they're more political than many of their fans realize, just look at Castle of Glass- deaths of soldiers Shadow of the Day- riots and protesting Wretches and Kings- the Berkeley student movements/Vietnam War/anti-imperialism It's good to be aware of details like these sometimes- you don't know if a $0.01 cent/hr wage slave killed him/herself in the process of cobbling together the $300.00 iPhone you are holding

It took round a year after Chesters death, that I can listening to LP without burst into tears. Linkin Parks Music lead me through the dark episodes of depression all the years... and they always will...
Every single song of theirs changed it's meaning once Chester passed away. I wish Chester was alive because I would've loved to listen to more of their new music. Ive listened to every single LP song ever made at least a hundred times now and i find myself going back to Mike's music and fort Minor to get something different. There is not a single LP song that I don't like after all these years.

This song is criminally underrated. Linkin Park means a lot to me. They helped me through the worst of times and their music was always there for me. I was at the record store the day Hybrid Theory dropped. Never got broken up over a celebrity passing before but losing Chester still hurts.

I like so much this band because they report very well, in their songs, a lot of issues: politic (No more sorrow), kinds of relationships (with you, pushing me away, in the end), forgiven (leave out all the rest), reflexion (what I've done, burning in the skies), hope (iridescent, final masquerade), indecision (runaway), angry (Bleed it out, given up), honor (castle of glass). Sometimes, when I listened a song, I told myself: "Wait a minute! This song is to me! They (Linkin Park) are talking to me....they are discribing me! They understand my feelings and my situation!". It was enough. However, they made better with their style and way to sing! Just AMAZING!

I am 39 years old, and LP was one of the few groups i still listen to that i started listening to in my 20s, I think i took the music for granted, never got around to going to a show, always said next year...i remember when 2pac and biggie died and people were crying at my school, kurt cobain too, and never really got it, now i get it, i was pretty broke up when i heard the news, and i was like that for several days, maybe 2 weeks after. My 7 year old is a huge fan of LP and we have been listening pretty much non stop since we heard the news, I can't even bring myself to tell him what happened to chester, he isn't really old enough to understand..My only hope is that when he is my age he will play LP for his kids, and Chester will live on through his music.

December 15, 2014, I walked out of the courthouse in my hometown. 13 years earlier to the very day, I got married to my college sweetheart. This particular day we both went into the courthouse married and walked out divorced. Three children together...many years of love, tears, joy, sweat, fighting to keep it together.
When I went back to my vehicle to drive from the courthouse to my new life, this was the very first song that came on. It was the first time hearing it. It spoke directly to me and pierced my heart. It broke my exterior walls down and stripped me down emotionally. I needed it if I were to make the most important changes I needed to make to navigate me moving forward in life.
Although most of the storm clouds have cleared from my life since those days. I listen to this song with much retrospect. It motivates me to keep moving on...forgive myself for the many mistakes I made, & to put love for those around me at the top of my priorities.
Chester had so many storm clouds in his life, but I’m certain where he is now, those storm clouds have parted and he feels the warmth of love all around him. His poetry and artistry is his legacy.... it’s his blessing to the world that will live on forever.

Oh how well do I know that masquerade you put on for your family, so they don't see your pain and don't have to suffer with you. The things you want to say, but can't. Some of the poor Chinese workers that make your iPhones tried to commit suicide by jumping off ledges from the inside of the factory, because of the soul-crushing hours and next-to-nothing pay. but today...I can't stop my worrisome and tears. I've loved this song and his voice.... CB....you hold some best parts of my life.
