I agree, they've been around 19 years of course it's gonna take it's toll but they still hold some heaviness to it, look at Whitechapel even Phil's been introducing some cleans but if you look at BMTH they just went full pop from metal so I say these guys are still doing a great job

Discovered them when they dropped smoke em if you got em. They’re fantastic live and would give you their shirt off their backs…. But the US fans want their heads on a plate for changing their sound and moving on.
It’s sad to see so many old parkway drive fans being so toxic and turning on them for changing their style, it’s really pathetic that people take it so seriously. I remember seeing an interview just before Glitch dropped, they were saying this next album was gonna be heavier than their previous ones. I’m starting to be convinced that they weren’t talking about the vocals, but rather the subject matter within the lyrics and the videos.
I like it a lot, definitely first thing I said was that the chorus was just like “another brick in the wall” and parts I got Lamb Of God vibes weirdly enough. Just felt almost like 90’s metal in todays style. Idk. It’s a weird mash up of styles, but I loved it. Re-playability for days

I feel like this album is going the direction of hail to the king by avenged sevenfold…and I love it. Obviously parkway is gonna have their own way of pulling it off but I like this direction
Though I’m not religious whatsoever the message of this song is extremely powerful and I know people with faith if they paid attention to the video and lyrics would probably find it amazing. But even for me being an Apatheist I still just love Parkway. I love their older material but this newer style also does a lot for me so I have zero complaints thus far
As a long time parkway drive fan this wasn't too bad. As a long time parkway drive fan who's been following them since like their first album this wasn't the best or worst for me. Video was super cool and we got some nice guitar leads and a heavier part which was nice. Yeah I'll admit I wish they went back to the heavier days, but I'll never totally give up on this band. They were a huge influence on me as musician and I'll always respect them
