- Mark Webber, the man who isn't scared to say what he really thinks, a great and popular guy around paddock and especially a brilliant driver. The "Aussie Grit" was a part of Formula 1 for long twelve season, from 2002 up to 2013, he almost won a championship back in 2010 and his friendship with Fernando Alonso and rivalry with Sebastian Vettel will be always remembered by many fans as well as some his great overtaking manouvers. And in Australia - he will be remembered as a hero, despite he never won a championship. Thank you Mark for being in Formula 1, it was a pleasure to have you in this sport since the amazing debut in 2002 with Minardi. What a race, unforgettable one!

Formula 1 is a world of glamour, passion and excitement. With some incredible stories and tales, many of which have good endings but there are even some sad ones. Only the best of the best can drive those beasts around all the challenging tracks in the world - from Monaco to Suzuka. Legends like Fangio, Clark, Stewart, Lauda, Prost, Senna, Schumacher and Hamilton... just hearing these names gives you "goosebumps"! And only true fans can understand why we sit in front of our TVs from March until November and watch the greatest drivers in the world chasing that championship trophy. It's a long journey, but only a few can achieve their dreams.
Formula 1 is also my big passion. I have followed this sport for more than 20 years. While we may never understand feelings of racing drivers, we, fans, have some special feelings too, when we see our favourites succeeding. And that is something hard to describe as well. Then comes "When Words Are Not Enough" as I try to share my passion and represent all the emotions to you, the fans. To never forget those special moments. Thank you, everyone, for your great support. I'm doing those videos only for you, and it's a pleasure.

The way Seb looked at him was like "Be careful of what you're gonna say"
Thats what makes him outstand from other drivers!!
He shows what he Thinks and that showed exaktly that he fought why seb got the new frontwing and he didnt get it!!
Just not acceptable for a f1 team to give one driver a better frontwing than the other one
Sums it all up pretty well.
@@noname-yo6yn unless the driver they give it to is clearly the better driver but of course that wasn't the case here.
@@justarandomguy4873 watch the reaction Mark has before the podium in Hungary the same year when Seb kicks off at the steward like a little brat. 🤣
I was there for Mark Webber's first race in Australia. I followed every race of his career to Brazil in 2013. The day he won his first GP in 2009 I wasnt ashamed to say I cried. It was the greatest moment in sport for me seeing how happy he was that he finally got the W next to his name. Miss you Webber you will always be champion to us Aussies :)
Mark Diesell great to see Ricciardo is showing great potential to be an champion.
Mark Diesell I will never forget Australia 2002!
Mark Diesell when he made his debut i was very young. But ever since 2007 i was fascinated about f1. 2010 was the first season where i watched more than 3 races. I remember watching back nurburgring 2009 and at this point i actually didn't mark won it cause no one told me and when the commentators said its his first f1 win i cried
For me I got into f1 like 2013 and me and my freind used to pretend we where mark Webber and Sebastian I was mark of course but I'm very happy to have been him as a kid because he was good racer
@@gamefan56 Comments that didn't age well...
5:29 The way mark looked the side of the pool and kick the chair so that they won't hit the side of the pool is amazing
What an awesome career but i feel so bad for Mark. He had the potential to be a world champion but got crushed by the politics of red bull and F1.
He could have been World Champion in 2010... an amazing driver Mark was...
Samething is happening to Sergio Perez. I say let everything be equal and let the best man win.
@@edgarteran1894 perez is dogshit pls dont ever compare him to mark
'Not bad for a number 2 driver', quoted sarcastically by Mark himself upon winning the '10 British GP, in case some of you didn't know. He was never a number 2 driver in my eyes certainly, only a victim of Red Bull's plastic business team with no heart for the sport.
Well said! Couldn't of said it better myself.
And now the same is starting to happen to ricciardo
AeroDynamicMilk not anymore...
well said, and sad to me in the same time
Red bull has no heart for the sport ? Just look how much emotion there was when they won their championships
Michael Schuhmacher was my favorite driver. No wonder when you are eleven years old and a german boy.
Then I saw Australia GP of 2002 that was about to change.
When Webber finished 5th place I was so happy for him.
I started buying magazines and read his interviews. He is a down to earth guy and that impressed me even more.
In english class test we had to write about an australian VIP. I choosed Webber and got 2 (or B)
I remember 2009.
I was working in a hospital. I walked into a room, the patient watched f1. Said to him I'm a Webber guy. The next day (after he got his first W) that patient said to me: I understand why
When he left f1 my interest in f1 was gone.
Webber changed to WEC so I started watching that.
When he finally became champion I cried.
Webber's career is an inspiring one. His climb from bottom to top was interesting to see.
And his retirement video always give me the chills.
This is a great video to a great man.
Thank you!
Ps: I don't like Vettel either ;)
vettel changed alot since then
@@T---xt7fc i hate Vettel crashing he's own partner
Dyno Veloz shut up
@@dynoveloz5169 So you hate Hamilton
A great tribute to a great man, not just as a driver but as a good human being. It's a great shame there aren't many drivers like him which is why watching last year's F1 felt very strange.
wait few more years and you'll notice "great humans" in these youngsters, I mean look at the Sainz or Lecrerc right now... they're maybe not the top drivers now but they're definitely with the potential and more important they're great personalities... the ones we're looking for as for the superstar legends :) I hope we're going to see one of them as the very top class soon enough
Danny Ric is the next best. The F1 world needs more Aussies and less brits and Germans.
Webber and Alonso, I think that would have been one of the best team ups in F1 now a days :D
I love this video. He deserved much more than he's got from F1.
Thanks!
yes, I agree. good thing he's doing so great in the Porsche, great team n great organization, Wec!
It's sad to see him retiring though!
Kimi Iceman you get out what you put in
Brilliant tribute to one of my favourite drivers. Also very good quality!
Thanks!
He's also a nice guy, very polite
he deserve a driver championship
Nikos Margaritis should have been in 2010
He was to bad in Abu Dhabi you‘ve got to say it still sad
He left his mark on the sport when he scored Minardi's first and only points EVER. He was a legend in my mind when he did that. Even Alonso in the Minardi couldn't do the same. MW somehow dragged that lump of **** across the line to take points for the team that gave him his break. Legendary.
As an Aussie F1 fan from his first drive at Minardi with Paul Stoddart they showed the world just how well Aussie blokes can go at the top level. Love everything you have done for Australia Mark, great book to. "Aussie Grit" - go buy it! Fantastic read.
I've had it for some time and I would love to read it. I just wish I had some time for it :(
Mark, you will be missed in active motorsport... Thank you Legend!
i love the friendship between webber and alonso, also when they got the interview wherever in the race they're such a rival, but after the race they're such a great friendship
The beauty of the sportmanship
Still frustrates me how he threw the 2010 title away. Nevertheless, absolute legend. Ricciardo has filled Mark's shoes nicely so far in his career, F1 wouldn't be the same without an outspoken Aussie or Yankie!
Stephen King a Yankee is someone from the northeastern United States....
A yankie is anyone from the US. Don't get the point of your comment
Stephen King no your definition is different then mine I honestly don't know who is correct so ...
Mark wasn't a record breaker. Some might say he wasn't even one of the best racers at times throughout his career but he was without a doubt one of the most likeable and well respected drivers of the last 20 years and that was purely done to his no bullshit/ resilient attitude and tremendous team spirit.
Mark, one of the most unluckiest drivers there is..
i think fernando has something to say on that.... especially choosing teams and final races...
Kimi is also unlucky. :(
Fernando is the luckiest champion there is.
Radko Gudas not really...hamilton is luckier than him
barrichello,kimi,mark for me and massa
Thanks for being part of F1! Top man and top driver
Great tribute to one of the most deserving world champions that got denied. He was and will always be a champion to every Aussie out there, you are a true champion Mark
Thanks a lot!
Mark always had to fight for all of what he's got and he's done with class always. A true gentleman. A huge loss for Formula 1, lucky Porsche. Cheers Aussie Grit, good luck on your new career.
Great video Ayrton01CZ
Thank you!
Gotta love Mark Webber. Awesome guy and awesome driver. Miss him from the grid
Mark's bravery will never get forgotten. He's had huge crashes, still no fucks given.
He was scared of nothing, he's in my Hall of Fame :D
Thank you for putting this up. As an aussie myself, I always appreciated the way that Webber took the true australian attitude and showed it to the world.
Me too! Thank you!
I wish you all the best,Mark.I hope you win on Le Mans next year.
a good tribute for a really good driver and genuine man. Thank you
+onlyredpassion Thanks!
+onlyredpassion indeed very nicely done
I'm gonna miss Mark :(
Such a great guy & great racer, he really deserved the championship in 2010...
Keep Goin' Mark, Good Luck :) !!
Hairs standing up on the back of my neck, absolutely brilliant tribute.
Many thanks!!!
As a Spanish F1 fan since I can remember, maybe around 2003, Mark Webber is probably after Alonso the driver I had more respect for both the way he drived and the way he behaved. He was such a great talent in F1 and could have been a world champion, I think he deserved it at least once. Have very good memories from Mark Webber and he is the driver I miss the most from those who have retire. As I said, awesome talent (more than some would think, not a number 2 at all) and great personality, we miss you Mark!
This is my favourite video on youtube
Thanks!!
Great video mate, love the added touch of the Top Gear interview at the end. Webber was certainly one of the top drivers, for sure the best in shape, and he deserved at least one world championship. Hope he has more fun in his new career in sports cars
Thank you very much!
Mark webber is most *underrated* driver ever in f1
What a tribute to Mark Webber. Fantastic
Thank you!
My favorite F1 driver
Thanks for being a great inspiration Mark
too bad he's gone :(
Fahad Bhatti gone but never forgotten
0:46 I'll never forget that scene, the most memorable moment I've ever seen in F1 when a Minardi pulls across to the pit wall at the end with a rookie x) God it almost brings a tear to my eye :D
Almost.
Fantastic Video, incredibly well edited! very professional. Loved it!
Thank you, I really appreciate it!
Dude, perfect work as always. I cryed.
Thanks!
that is probably one of the best edited video done by someone on youtube being a fan of the motorsport and a fan of Mark Webber. Well done Ayrton01cz. I loved every screenshot every transition. Thank you.
Wow, thank you very much!
Thank you bro. As an aussie, it is sad to see such a great part of the sort leave. But his memories will stay with us forever. Thanks Mark!!
Best Mark Webber video on all of youtube! 💪💪
Thank you Mark for all you have done for us!
Love to see how well he get along with fernando. this confirms that fernando is such a good guy as him!! And this confirms that im very right choosing my favourites drivers.
We would follow you with that Porsche!
Cheers Mate Thanks For The Memories!
Thanks!
Mark is the reason i love formula one more than anything. Just because you're the underdog doesn't mean you can't beat the favorites. #AussieGrit
This was awesome tribute to my favorite driver . He was a driver who got my "little sister" interested about racing and f1. I told her webbers story and she was sold. She also said that webber is very good looking bloke and well i don't know what to say because i'm not a girl but well he sure does look like a proper bloke.
Thank you!
He will always be my favourite driver, and in my eyes the 2010 World Champion. :'(
Subbed! One of the best F1 tribute Videos I have seen in a long time I nearly cried! Good Luck for Sportscars Mark!
Thank you!!
Thank you,Mark.
This was put together pretty well, nice job on the tube. F1 hasn't been the same since Webber vacated the scene for more than just him leaving but I think most around the globe will miss his Aussie Grit and no bullshit approach. A spade was a spade and a shovel a shovel, something sebastian couldn't accept. He added plenty of life to motor racing in general, and had me watching at all hours to join the ride as close as I could. Sebastian was lucky not be get knocked out on the podium at Malaysia, I myself would have thrown him over the railing. Well done Mark, Very proud of not only what you achieved but for showing the world what us Aussie underdogs are all about. Keep kicking arse in WEC as they are far more interesting and relevant than F1 cars are anyway.
***** Thank you!
Huge respect for mark. Amazing driver! Thanks for the vid Ayrton1 .. =)
Me thanks!
makes me cry :') webber byl opravdu výjimečný jezdec a bude mi tam příští rok moc chybět, tak ale doufám, že se prosadí nové tváře :) skvělá práce na videu!
Díky moc!
Amazing video and music for an Amazing Driver.
Thank you!
Great Video,... A world champion that never was
michael trickey Many thanks
This is really strong video! Thanks
Thanks!
Great video.
Webber is all class. I'll miss him a great deal.
Thanks!
Watched this a 100 times
Thank you for watching!
He was the man most people were cheering to when he won, including me. He was the reason why I was a fan of RBR. F1 needs more drivers like Mark.
Don't know how you do it mate, but you seem to be able to make the best F1 tributes I have ever seen. Only missed the podium on Monaco in 05, but further this is just pure epicness!
VERY well done, great job!
Thank you very much! I really appreciate it! Sorry for that one podium!
A great tribute for a really great driver
Thank you
Amazing Video. Thank you.
Thank you!
This is a brilliant video tribute of MW. I enjoyed it immensely. The music was great too. Good job mate!
Thank you very much!
One of my teachers taut mark Webber so thank you for putting this up
Thank you for your comment
This is perfect, well done.
Thanks!
Instant Favorite!
Thanks!
Lucky to have met him in Glasgow what a driver
I am not a Mark Webber fan but this video was really good! he is a good driver and it was great to see him in F1 all these years.
Thank you!
He was, and still is, an excellent driver!
Very well done. Never cheered for Vettel, always cheered for Webber. F1 won't feel quite the same without him.
Thanks!
***** how so? For not cheering for Vettel? I recognize the guy's brilliance, even with a great car, it still takes an amazing driver to do what he has done, especially in the latter half of this past season. However, guys like Hamilton, Raikkonen, and Webber seem more real regardless of the situation, and therefore more likable. Just my opinion.
Thank you thank you Mark and great video.
Thanks!
Brilliant, thoroughly enjoyed that thanks for putting that together and posting it
Thank you very much!
Awesome video!! Almost made me cry!
Thank you!
Fucking great video and music to go with it. I have followed F1 since 1988 and he is easily my favourite driver in that time. When he won his first race and Monaco 2010.....epic.
Mark is my favourite F1 driver of all time. I always rooted for him. Thanks!
Me thanks!
Thank you very much for making this video:) it's pretty awesome
Aleksi Jeskanen Thanks!!!
Mate even 9 years later webber is my favorite driver:)))

He deserve a championship. There is no doubt about that.
Dude amazing work
Thank you! Cheers!
Awesome video bro! Really enjoyed it...

great video mate !
Thanks!
Great video pal, he will be missed, a proper chap!
Thank you
Can't belive i got to meet him today...
Great video! We're going to miss Mark this year! :-(
Thanks, yeah :(
great video, congratulations!
Thank you!
Mark is a great driver, Straight guy, never play dirty.Good luck Mark,we'll miss you
I always felt Button worked his dues and got his championship.... Mark is the same kind of driver/ person and it saddened me when he retired without the championship he deserves.
Wow, Just brilliant.
Thanks!
THANK YOU MARK !!!!!!!
One year soon (hopefully next) I would love the opportunity to buy a VIP ticket to Melbourne GP, which I believe allows you a walk up pitlane while the teams are setting up. It would be my greatest honor to meet Daniel Ricciardo and Mark Webber (im sure webber will be around!) What an intense lifestyle these blokes live. Both physically and mentally, yet are always so in control and down to earth. I take my hat off to Mark, such a top bloke, on and off the track. He just get's it. Get back into a car Mark you're no where near done yet mate!
It's sad that he never got into that championship club ;(.
+Formula1Fan1299 everything happened a bit too late. he was 32 in 2010 if i am not mistaken and thats well over peak years.
Fair point
+Sidd kumar you're not that wrong though. But I would say that the peak years are when they're 28 - 34 or something. If they started young like 22. there might be a good chance they will peak around there.
Look at Nico rosberg for an example. Never been as good as he is right now :)
Rosberg has always been quick, straight from his debut in 2006. But as with most sports, 28 to 30 is the peak of your sporting career. Fair to say we have seen the best of Lewis Hamilton, and are about to witness his demise in F1 as his career ends.
it depends, you can see that massa and raikonen doesnt have the same pace as they usually had, but Alonso and button still pretty good. so yeah it depends.
It is a little bit sad that he throw his best chance of winning a championship away.
Korea 2010 as he crashed a bit of his mental strength got damage. he never recovered from this.
Since then he never could contest Sebastian. bit odd in my opinion.
He was a hard working driver. a simple normal guy like you and me that loves to drive a car fast.
Thanks for the cool things that i remember like Germany 2009 or the Malaysia incident!
~ not bad for a number 2 driver, peace!
We will miss you Mark!good luck further!
I absolutely love this video. "This is what it feels like" is the absolute perfect video and the timing of the bass drop with when Webber puts on the visor just pulls you into the world of f1. I mean really, Aryton01CZ, very, very good edit. You know the video is awesome when it creates a world of emotion and character and you can't help but be pulled in. I'll always associate the joy I get from listening to Armin van Buuren's song with this vid.
Wow, thank you very very much for this beautiful comment! :)
Haven’t watched f1 like I did without him
Hi Fantastic tribute video mate, watched it about 10 times. This and the Michael
Schumacher tribute, absolutely perfect in every single way. I sometimes start to cry when watching them. Thank you, thank you and thank you again.
You'll have to do one for every single driver at this rate!
Thank you very much, I really appreciate it!
Nice guy!! F1 fans misses you!!
He gave to F1 way more than what he received back.. Gonna miss him on the grid next year. But honestly who cares? He's going with Porsche to Le Mans so fuck F1. All hail the Aussie Grit.
Well worthy of winning the title, but Australia would never buy enough redbull cans. Loved every minute of your driving Mark. Thankyou for all the thrills.
Excellent video mate, well done. Great tribute
Thank you!
As always a great job you did my friend. Mark can be proud of it and i hope in time he will have a look at it.
Thank you Duurt!
