I mean it's a bit much for small claims, but despite the eye rolling from JJ she at least seemed to appreciate that the guy brought in a bunch of carefully labeled and organized evidence.
I saw your comment before he said it and I thought you were being funny cuz of all his stack of papers🤣🤣 when he acting said it, I flatlined😭😭😭😭 exhibit C😭
psychological, clearly, as long as one themselves sets a limit. Someone is in YOUR DEBT, and may need MORE help in the future. Leverage in case YOU want something from THEM at some point.
She normally tells people to get over it if they keep lending money after never being paid back. So, I'm wondering how she's going to rule in this one.
She says that when the litigants are either romantically involved or they are related in some way. These are both complete strangers and this guy has kept all the receipts.
Wow. Don't borrow 20 bucks from this guy, unless you want to become Exhibit A on national TV. Byrd is already getting pissed, wondering if it will go all the way through Exhibit Z.
I haven’t watched it yet but I gotta give MAJOR KUDOS to the JJ social media team for uploading on Christmas so we can continue to feed our addiction in a timely manner. They need a raise!❤
Not as ridiculous as those 'beachgoers' who show up in court with no evidence because their bank refused to print the bank statement or the police report wasn't ready or they changed phones and all texts messages were lost.
I totally agree. The creepy older man was definitely into the younger bloke. They probably had an "arrangement" and the plaintiff was "keeping" the defendant. There's no other reason for the constant unpaid loans.
Funny how JJ and the audience will ridicule a litigant when they don't come prepared, but when one comes in with exhibits, properly marked and dated, JJ rolls her eyes and the audience laughs. I don't wanna hear JJ say "Where did you think you were coming?!" ever again.
Meh, I’d still be prepared over not. He’s not there for her approval, let alone the audience’s approval, but to win his case. (We’ll see if he does in the next part)
Come on, boys, who do you think you're kidding? I have no trouble at all believing that the arrangement between the plaintiff and his cute, young "roommate" really was that it was okay if the nominal rent (charged mostly to lend credibility to their story) didn't always get paid in full, and a few dollars spotted to him here and there didn't, strictly speaking, absolutely have to be paid back ... and daddy bear just became petty and spiteful when the defendant unexpectedly called the "tenancy" off.
Let me summarize this case. Plaintiff kept giving defendant loans thinking that defendant was sleep with him. When defendant said no, plaintiff sued him.
Don't understand why people were chuckling. Plaintiff came with his I's dotted and T's crossed. Everything organized and arranged and no time wasted. None of this trying to search for a piece of paper in a folder or a random stack of stuff. Now, lending and lending the defendant money that was never paid back, that's a different conversation.
I agree with her that if you loan $ and you get paid back nothing and then keep loaning it, it’s on you after the 1st or 2nd time. “You’re throwing good $ after bad” and he extended like $500 extra $ after the dude didn’t pay any rent. That is just stupidity.
This guy has been waiting all his life for a discrepancy so he can take someone to court and provide evidence calling it exhibits
WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!
lmaoooooo
Plaintiff really wanted to play lawyer with all his exhibits😂
Maybe wants to make a museum
PS: I've created a Christmas short story with voice acting
I mean it's a bit much for small claims, but despite the eye rolling from JJ she at least seemed to appreciate that the guy brought in a bunch of carefully labeled and organized evidence.
At least he was organized 🤷🏻
I saw your comment before he said it and I thought you were being funny cuz of all his stack of papers🤣🤣 when he acting said it, I flatlined😭😭😭😭 exhibit C😭
If I had to choose to appear on judge judy under prepared or as prepared as this guy... I know who I'd choose
The eye roll from JJ on “exhibit C” 😏
He's such a show-off 😁😁
Yeap! 😂 @3:16 😂
Why continue loaning money to a person who doesn't pay you back?
He was mad about the boy
@@sergejisdyou got that right.
He was getting that booty.
Lovers quarrel

1:13 this woman in the crowd is all of us hearing the defendant say rent payments were “casual”
"Don't tell me what you feel, I don't care about what you feel." lmao
Yeah and then he goes and says it again😂
The way Byrd is showing the defendant the papers is killing me😂
'Don't tell me how you felt...I don't care how you felt...' I live vicariously through JJ
Oh, I think Judge Judy knows how the plaintiff "felt" about the defendant just as well as we do.
At least he had his stuff together unlike some that shuffle through paperwork and make her mad lol
I like when they shuffle papers and end up with no real evidence lol
Right idk why they kept laughing 😂 at least he had his shit together
@@elvickRULES I can’t lie, I like that outcome too lol
She normally tells people to get over it if they keep lending money after never being paid back. So, I'm wondering how she's going to rule in this one.
NOT when they are keeping records.
But yes, in other cases, sure.
honey, there is a part 2, watch it, never assume you know the outcome.....
I agree with you. Homeboy came prepared, exhibit A B and C lololol@@stratfordbaby
She says that when the litigants are either romantically involved or they are related in some way. These are both complete strangers and this guy has kept all the receipts.
JJ keeping us fed this Christmas
A bit of turkey, Stove Top and a quart of gravy 😀

Thank you for posting on Christmas Day. Merry Christmas everyone and HAPPY NEW YEAR
Merry Christmas! And Happy New Year.
Merry Christmas! 🎄
Merry Christmas to you as well
Merry Christmas!!!
I loved how Byrd decided to show the defendant the document proactively, since they were getting rifled out one after the other.
Wow. Don't borrow 20 bucks from this guy, unless you want to become Exhibit A on national TV. Byrd is already getting pissed, wondering if it will go all the way through Exhibit Z.
😂😂😂😂
It was a lot more than 20 bucks. And you shouldn't borrow any money and not pay it back
lmaooooo
Man came prepared, exhibit so and so 😊😊
Lmfao not “82-90, exhibit C” 😂
Damn this dude will never lose a case with his record keeping...also he watches too much real court tv.
That the way to do it you need proof so you can have all you money back
I’d like to think I’d never lose a case either because I also watch wayyyyyy too much JJ lol. This is my delusion.
I haven’t watched it yet but I gotta give MAJOR KUDOS to the JJ social media team for uploading on Christmas so we can continue to feed our addiction in a timely manner. They need a raise!❤
more than one too😫😫
You do know these things are cued to upload way in advance and they make bank with our views? Okay. This ain't the 90s, it's not work to do this.
@@TheFakeyCakeMaker ha ha of course. I did know that.
You do realize she no longer works with this production company. She is just an account posting JJ content.
JJ's eyeroll when he said "exhibit D" was funny. He'll never beat the OG Exhibit Guy though.
I love how well he was prepared
Love the interaction of the two ladies in the back at 3:01 😂😂
Lol
The defendant remembers the first two, but not the ones where they kept a paper trail?
Is he auditioning to become a lawyer, with all his “exhibits”.🤦♂️
A merry Christmas to my judge judy family all the way from South Africa.
This is how you lend people money. Organized paper trail, impossible to dispute.
Christmas Day loyal Judyers checking in! 😁🎄🎅🏻
Present and accounted for 🙋🏽♀️✨💯

Up
Here checking in at 22.38 Christmas Day. 😂
That old man playing a lawyer sounded RIDUCULOUS
Not as ridiculous as those 'beachgoers' who show up in court with no evidence because their bank refused to print the bank statement or the police report wasn't ready or they changed phones and all texts messages were lost.
Better title? “Sugar Daddy gets burnt on rent!”
Man went full on Matlock mode👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
This guy threw letters out like he's giving Sesame Street a run for it's money! 💰 😆
Something tells me the plaintiff wanted something more with his roommate than what reality presented itself with.
😂🤣🤭💯
Definitely what I was thinking
Thinks they had a relationship...
The Plaintiff in my opinion is very weird. What was this all about? To catch a thief?
I totally agree. The creepy older man was definitely into the younger bloke. They probably had an "arrangement" and the plaintiff was "keeping" the defendant.
There's no other reason for the constant unpaid loans.
The plaintiff wanted a relationship with the defendant.
He wanted that young sugar lmao
Bird was done with the exhibits 🤨
He looks exactly like I would imagine a Hooter's manager.
There's more to this story than we've been told. Maybe the older man didn't get what he wanted so he started calling in "loans."
Funny how JJ and the audience will ridicule a litigant when they don't come prepared, but when one comes in with exhibits, properly marked and dated, JJ rolls her eyes and the audience laughs.
I don't wanna hear JJ say "Where did you think you were coming?!" ever again.
lol , i agree
You’re damned if you do & your damned if you don’t!
Then cover your ears
Meh, I’d still be prepared over not. He’s not there for her approval, let alone the audience’s approval, but to win his case. (We’ll see if he does in the next part)
She moves her eyes and you assume she's ridiculing him?? Sounds about right can't fart these days without someone thinking your targeting them
The organization of the plaintiff was humorous.
my brotha had more exhibits than a museum 😂
I've gotta hire this man to be my lawyer !!!!
Plaintiff: i help him sneeze
JJ: do you remember that
Defendant: nope
Plaintiff: page 7-11 Exhibit 3
Merry Christmas Judge Judy I love watching u 🎉😂❤
Merry Christmas everyone and I hope you enjoy your food and family🎉🎉🎉
Gee I wonder what these guys fell out over lol
He paid for him and never got him 😂🤣😂
Lmmfao 😂 "Don't tell me what you feel, i dont care abt how you feel."!!😆🤣😅😁😆
Byrd’s annoyance lmao 🤣
Plaintiff came prepared! 😂📑
Byrd is the most sullen TV personality I can remember.
Lol
Plaintiff wants to be a lawyer soooo bad 😂😂😂
Come on, boys, who do you think you're kidding? I have no trouble at all believing that the arrangement between the plaintiff and his cute, young "roommate" really was that it was okay if the nominal rent (charged mostly to lend credibility to their story) didn't always get paid in full, and a few dollars spotted to him here and there didn't, strictly speaking, absolutely have to be paid back ... and daddy bear just became petty and spiteful when the defendant unexpectedly called the "tenancy" off.
You may think that the plaintiff is “cute.” I surely don’t.
He ain’t gotta keep saying exhibit 😂😂😂😂he polite though, his spirit is good, and organized lol
Byrds trying so hard not to laugh at the Plaintiffs “exhibits” 🤣
Do we know that judge judy dont read our comments ? 😂 but anyway, its funny how the defendant remembers the small loans nd not the big ones😂
Plaintiff is killing me with all that exhibit F and 1:30 in the morning record 😂😂😂😂
Guess Hooters doesn’t pay its managers to well
too**
Lovers spat! Always ends bad.
I may be wrong…but this sounded like a “situationship” instead of roommates. Again, I could be wrong but 😏
You're not wrong...
Not wrong!
So if he never returned 50 or 60 bucks why did the plantiff still keep giving him money lolol
Plaintiff looks like he walked out of a Golden Girls episode.
Merry Christmas Judge judy and Judge judy juniors 😅🎄
The plaintiff should get a one bedroom and live alone. After only a few minutes I couldn’t imagine cohabiting with this gentleman.
Byrd is the standing version of Stanley from the office.
Let me summarize this case. Plaintiff kept giving defendant loans thinking that defendant was sleep with him. When defendant said no, plaintiff sued him.
JJ is such an pro at keeping plaintiffs and defendants on task.
I really want to know what exhibits D and E were.
This job had Byrd looking like he's tired of life..
Merry Christmas JJ crew! 🎉🎄🎁
@@16dya Happy Hanukkah! 🕎
Imo the plaintiff had some self gratification motive when he rented the room
And the defendant knew how to capitalize on that.
Many of these young ppl know nothing about respect….for themselves or anyone else.
I could be reaching but be kept giving that money cause he WANTED something...😂😂😂
OMG!!!! Just answer the question!!!!
3 Bedrooms only $850 they paying the majority of his rent 😬🙄🙄🙄
Lol! The title of this video is brutal! 😂
He was just stringing this older guy along. Why did he keep giving him money??
Byrd need to find another job, he seems irritated!!
Merry Christmas Judge Judy Fam🎉
I love bird but no wonder she chose someone else. He acts like it kills him to walk 5 foot
you don't have to evict a roommate... only have to give 30 day notice to vacate, at least in Calif.
OMG! Byrd is cracking me up the way he's handling those papers!
Merry Christmas 🎅🏾 🎄 ❤️
I think he genuinely liked the young man and probably enjoyed having another body in the home.
I feel like I couldn’t somehow guessed that guy was a manager at Hooters for some reason
Byrd hates his job
The plaintiff was beyond prepared and organized! Down the exact time that the transactions took place! 😅
Old guy definitely bat's for the pink team
Mohawk definitely does too, the old guy is just obvious.

Exhibit C … bla bla bla
JJ: 🧐
It would only take once of not paying up for me to stop giving him money.
