I think it was a real 'pass out'. She has looked horrible lately and her blood work was horrible 6 months ago, including kidney and liver values. The human body can only handle so much. Her days are numbered if she doesn't change. "I just woke up, but I feel dead". That is very telling and where is she now?

@@darkmistico I wish 😢. Sleep for me is not restful, I wake up needing a nap just 1,5h after I wake up and it's been like that for 28y. I know what the diagnosis is, but there is no solution unfortunately. I feel so jealous of people who, after that initial wake up drowsiness, wake up and have energy to get through a day and also don't feel like anything after 3pm is a fight to stay awake rather than it being halfway during a day with normal energy.

My mom is 85 and in poor health. She takes a nap when she wakes up because she doesn’t sleep very well. But at 40, it was a different story.
Her breathing became slower and deeper, she was out. Diabetes makes you sleepy.
My aunt Judy, skinny all her life, but uncontrolled beetus, kept getting dizzy, kept almost passing out, then one day she was in the ER and the next day she passed. I watched this with my own 2 eyes, the season finale is almost here for chins.

I have epilepsy, the eye roll is what normally happens to me during an absent seizure before a tonic colonic one kicks in. It could be an absent seizure triggered by a blood sugar crash or angina as well

Before I was diagnosed with diabetes, I would pass out like that too! I am surprised I didn’t fall into a coma or that she hasn’t either!

I wonder if Chantal will get in legal trouble in Thailand. She is loud, making a mess and causing water damage after being warned. She is on video saying she wasn't going to follow their directions regarding the AC. Last time, Salah was there to make sure they were taking care of their space and following rules. The hotel could try to charge her extra, kick her out or press charges. I could see Chantal freaking out from fear if they told her to leave the hotel because she wouldn't know where to go, and then she could be seen as uncooperative, which would also be a very bad thing to do in Thailand.

That black out was totally sugar induced. Either too low or too high. This happened to my grandmother many times and if we wouldn’t have been there to intervene it would have been bad. Foodie is in trouble there by herself. I’d be surprised if she made it out of Thailand alive.

The falling asleep and eye roll were real. I've raised 4 kids and I've watched their habits. Also, you could tell she was struggling to keep awake after that----her eyes looked SO sleepy. I'm pretty sure it was a blood sugar thing. When she said "I feel dead" I thought: Oh, don't be saying that kind of thing, it could be a prediction!
That episode was her sugar spiking into the stratosphere after eating a very high carb meal. Diabetic coma incoming.
i'm type 1 diabetic. when I moved to another country I had to bring my insulin in a special cooling bag. I was storing it in a fridge and one of my husband's roommates at the time didn't close the fridge properly. this made my whole batch of insulin spoil in less than a day because we didn't realize it wasn't properly refrigerated. her insulin is 100% ruined after not being cooled, meaning it has no effect. from experience, while I couldn't get access to insulin back then, I was so so so tired and slept all day. chronic high blood glucose makes you sooo sleepy and energy-less. imo she's gonna be in a coma within a month.

@@meankitten1 she has no actual diagnosis for this supposed sciatica because it's not sciatica she has stage 4 renal failure and that is going to hurt like hell when she bent her leg back immediately knew she did not have sciatica anybody that has had sciatica could never do that and I'm pretty sure she did get a diagnosis from her doctor there in Kuwait of the stage 4 renal failure I bet her GFR was in the toilet her creatinine was Sky High I mean that's all it takes

@@donnaleeclubb119 well that is why she is on the CPAP when she sleeps at night because I'm sure that she went to the clinic and they do a sleep study on her and found that she stops breathing at night she stops breathing at night because she cuts off her own Airway and that could be anything but primarily it's probably her weight so she has to have the CPAP to sleep or she will stop breathing and then die in her sleep and let's not forget her blood pressure probably is Sky High plus she's got asthma so that's just the tip of the iceberg

Didn't she say she hasn't been checking her blood sugars? Even if her insulin is not dependent on that...yet, doesn't mean she doesn't need to check it to ensure you are doing ok. I think it's wild with the way she's eating to not be aware.

Occam's razor: she's still sleepy from having woken up a short while ago, vacuumed a bunch of greasy, heavy food, lay back down on her comfortable bed and not engaging very much with the chat, so she's dozed off for a moment. Done it myself, particularly on a live. I tried rolling my eyes back, and I can, but would never think to if faking falling asleep.

Replay gang 🎉. Im from the United states and I wanted to say about the concept of stating time to get to the somewhere, veruses the miles/km to get somewhere. I immediately thought, Omg, im a "tell me the frikkin time it will take to get there" person! My husband was a truck driver for like 25+ years and it was always a smh moment if i need to know when he would be home. When id ask "when will you be home?" He would tell me 'well im about this many miles to this town, then i have to unload here, then bobtail to other place for X-amount of miles etc etc' And im thinking, bruh, you know i have no idea what any of that means. I just need to know when to have dinner ready or if you can make it to a kids ballgame etc. 😂 My husband passed away suddenly, earlier this year. Not trying to trauma dump but that convo on the stream about miles versus time brought back a very specific, and fond memory i have with my hubbs. ❤ You and gorlworld really are some fuckshit, funshit, normalshit in the hardest days of my life. Yes, being a Texan living in Dallas, we talk distance in time, not miles. Going 15-20 miles could take 20 mins or an hour based on time of day or driving to another city it's always time .Like we drive from Dallas to N Padre every summer for vacation. I couldn't tell you miles , all I know is it's a 7 hour drive.

My nana had sleep apnoea and would drop off like that a lot. But she was in her 80s not 40s.

Diabetic mood changes are often mistaken for mental illness but all the following symptoms are as a result of chemicals our body uses to try to maintain health.

personality and behavioral changes
difficulty seeing or concentrating
feeling unwell
feeling tired or having low energy
Once experiencing these it is hard to get and maintain adequate treatment, worsening the disease.

Some comments about insulin. She is taking a long acting. She I not dosing for meals or blood sugar level. She is supposed to take the same dose at the same time every evening. Long acting is usually taken at night because the liver makes glucose during prolonged fasting and can raise sugars. Technically once it's opened it doesn't have to be in the fridge but she should keep it cool and replace every month.
And she should test more often to see if her medication is working. A random good level, if she ever gets one doesn't mean anything
for what it's worth the only time I nodded off like that when I was pre-diabetic was immediately after a mcdonald's meal with ONE extra hashbrown... she had what five? 100% a diabetic nod, it's the combo of insane amount of fat/oil and high carbs at the same time. the oil coats your cells so your already insulin resistant cells can't intake all the insane sugars now in your blood, the insulin has a hard time getting through the lipid layer, and you get exhausted bc the cells have no sugar/fuel inside of them

all the things she appears to be experiencing are signs of uncontrolled diabetes. Her blood sugars are on a roller-coaster. They would be high eating junk and crash not long after because of it. your blood sugar increases steeply after eating. Your body releases excessive insulin trying to cope which then makes your blood sugar drop . She is wantonly damaging her body. In the end it will be a matter of which organ will cease to function first. That is if she doesn't fall into a coma. It is worrying, especially because confusion, agitation and refusal to seek medical help are signs she's experiencing now.

Realistically, the "passing out" could have been very real. With her laundry list of issues and hitting the magic number of 40 it's high time that it aaaaall starts coming back to her tenfold. But it's so hard to tell because the way it happens is just... weird. The way she wakes up and giggles right after is absolutely sus. Like.... if it's real, did she not notice herself nodding off? Is she not concerned?? Why isn't she concerned??? It's weird.
The eye movement is what scared me. Seizure eyes do that. Close your own eyes and try it. It’s not an easy thing to do. She had a seizure. Edit- to clarify, I am speaking of a petit mal seizure. Eye flutter is the 1 symptom. She rolled her eyes back, then they fluttered.

I witnessed my mum having one & it majorly traumatised me but there are many different types of seizures; some that you wouldn't even be able to recognise if you didn't have experience. This, however... I honestly think she's just being dramatic & trying to get people talking 🖤 Just IMO though!
I live/exist with non epileptic seizures disorder and it’s due to repeated head trauma being attacked often by an ex. I can’t explain it but it is horrifying cos I have all the symptoms of epilepsy seizures but there’s nothing for all. No meds will help the doctor said I need a lot of sleep and less stress 😢

Oh wow, she nodded. My bff had sleep apnea and would fall asleep mid-sentence. She had gestational diabetes with every pregnancy. That wasn't fake. If it was fake, my bff was lying and putting on an act? Good thing she can't drive now. If she was out and ate a bunch of food, she could do this behind the wheel. My bff was always big, but after she got married she gained a bunch of weight and the sleep apnea started. She did a sleep study and she quit breathing over 100 times during the study. She had to get a cpap too. She's slowly offing herself.

This is sad, seriously. What kind of life is this? But I have to say this has happened to me at work during a meeting. But then I was recovering from surgery and had anemia and thought incorrectly that I could work. And luckily I was working from home.
Happened to me too, during a session with a patient! Have u tried boiling beets and eating it as a snack? Its changed my life. Im also on anxiety meds so that could be why i was so droopy that day but im only on 0,25mg so it shouldnt have had that affect on me. I never take them at work anymore. So glad to hear someone else also experiences it ❤❤
At the start of the stream when Foody took a drink out of the water bottle and started to cough Frenchy said oh look the baby has forgotten how to drink her bottle and it just struck me so funny because all I could see was this big overgrown baby with the ruffly night dress on and a black bonnet. All she needed was a huge giant rattle in each hand, and it would’ve been a fulladult baby my God I took to laughing and I couldn’t help it Frenchie you know exactly that girl and what she looks like. My ex has diabetes. He wasn't counting his sugars correctly and as a result of his sugars being high, he'd nod off. I do believe her sugars are out of control to the point she's nodding off.

Absolutely real nod off. Two of my late friends passed from obesity-related diabetes, and they exhibited this exact behavior toward the end, just dropping off into unconsciousness and snapping back, as if nothing happened. This is serious.

This was definitely not a seizure. I work in a medical group home dealing wh seizures every day. However, I have watched my older brother do this many times. He would fall asleep in an instant. He was middle age, over weight, wh type 2 diabetes. He lost a lot of weight due to complications wh his diabetes. And if Chantals weight loss is still in her future it may be from the same source.
