    ይህች ልጅ በጣም ጎበዝ ናት። በተለይ የቅቤውንና የቅመም መጠኖቹን በትክክል አሳውቃለች። በምን ዓይነት እሳት ለምን ያህል ደቂቃ መንተክተክ እንዳለበት ገልፃለች። እኔ የተነገረኝን አንድ ቅመም "ጦስኝን" ግን አልተጠቀመችም። እንግዲህ ለወንዶችም ጥሩ የሚያስተምሩ ፈልጌ ካገኘኋቸው ይህንን ቀላል ሆኖ አግኝቼዋለሁ። አሁን ተነስቼ እኔም ምግቤን በቅቤ ማጣፍጥ ብቻ ነው።

    just subscribed to ur channel. gobez lij! i just started to do my own kibe and i am learning a lot from you.
    So far i add much more stuff to my kibe. like thyme, rosemary, a lot of Korerima and nowadays some mesobila. No abish, a good amount of tikur azmud and a little nech azmud, (because it is very strong and i don't like it) i add rosemary and lots of tikur azmud for their medicinal qualities. The korerima rules and none of the other spices stand out when tasted.

      ቂቤ ማንጎር ኢትዮጵያ ላይ ከሆነ በጣም አስፈላጊ ነው ምክንያቱም ቂቤው ከብዙ ቦታ ተሰብስቦ ስለሚሸጥ ቆሻሻ ሊኖረው ይችላል . በተጨማሪ ግን የኢትዮጵያ ቂቤ ከሆነ በቅመም ማብሰል አስፈላጊ አይደለም ስለዚ የቅመሞቹ መጠን እንዳለ ሆኖ ሲነጠር ብቻ ነው ምንጠቀመው . ስለዚ ለ 5 ኪሎ ቂቤ 1 ከ ግማሽ ኩባያ ኮረሪማ , 1 ከ ግማሽ ኩባያ ነጭ አዝሙድ እና 1 ከ ግማሽ ኩባያ ኮሰረት ከ 1/2 ኩባያ ጥቁር አዝሙድ እና 1 ማንኪያ አብሽ ስናነጥር እንከታለን ማለት ነው

    I hate bessal kibe.
    Moya yelelate set now days, youtube min yaregal bilesh new.....
    Please don't give this to your guests.
    People don't know it's so hard to eat, please do not make kitfo, chikko, genfo, kinche with bessal kibe, taste so heavy and it's not good.... justcook wet with it.
    Only for cooking. Nothing else.
    Please don't waste the food. And if you like it that way, don't give it to guests.
    Bessal kibe ayibellam indiw because it's so heavy, it's not about the taste, it's about it being lighter taste and edible. Maybe you grew up eating that, but it's not easy to eat.
