- Roasting a whole lamb in 3 hours in Ankara, Turkey - Today is gonna be unreal!! We are going to witness the roasting of a whole lamb in 3 hours outside of Ankara, the capital of Turkey.
To start our street food tour, we went to one of the most iconic restaurants in the city to have a lamb feast. We've had the famous Ankara tava with an amazing slow cooked lamb and spiced fluffy rice.

After that, we went for a walk around the market and had Kokoreç, lamb intestine wrapped up, stuffed with fat and cooked for roughly 3 hours.

Hello dude, u asked about two green fruits , the first one I couldn't see it clearly but I think it is greengage in English, we call it in Palestine green cherry ,it is little bit sour .
The second one iam sure what is it ,we like it a lot in Palestine and it is not easy to find because the season is 3 weeks in market then It will disappear, it is a kind of NUTS , u will not believe what is it, it is almond, green almond, we pick it from almond tree before the fruit ripen , it still green and we eat it with little salt on the top, if u leave the almond on the tree , the green skin will turn brown shell and inside will be the almond nut.

The thing you asked in 3:05 is called "Çağla Badem". It is the non-mature form of almond. So basically Çağla Badem becomes almond when it grows up on the tree. It is quite common in every part of Turkey, it's easy to eat and tasty. :)

Actually as written on the tag as "Kayısı Çağla", at 3:05 we see unripe apricots, not unripe almonds. Çağla from almond is "Badem Çağla" which MAX points his finger and asks "What is this" at 3:26.
@@souadghazal2533 apricots are edible while they're green, just like almonds. They're more crunchy.

Those "lovely" çağla badem (unripe almonds) cut my breathe because I am alergic and I even cannot touch.
