Ahhhh, the old duraleak batteries! I never use them, they hate pressure changes associated with cabins in airliners. Lost quite a few electronics with that brand.

Yes, batteries are a right pain. I have some combined solar powered and battery calculators that I found would work on just the solar panel so I can ditch the batteries altogether. Then I found a 'solar' powered calculator that had a fake solar panel...
