    Haiti was the first country in the world to recognize Greece after the revolution and she even send 2 ships with soldiers to help i. The revolution efforts because Haiti loved democracy and her restoration in the nation that started her. Thanks Haiti♥️🇭🇹

    Ok Greece is behind Turkey in archaeological things to see but you have to know that what is Turkey now was Greece in the ancient times so what is Turkey now was ancient Greece so the archaeological things are Greek

      "Behind" just counting the number of the archeological sites....Still, the actual importance of Greece's archaeological sites are unmatched. Athens, Sparta, Mycenae, Knossos, Epidaurus, Delphi, Delos, Pella, the royal tombs of the kings of Macedon, Olympia, the Byzantine monument of Thessaloniki etc
      As Romans used to said "old pure Greece is the land which you go and cannot be not allow yourself to immense into its ancient history which was the beginning of most of the things we have known".
      Yeah maybe turkey have 10 big great ancient cities to see its ruins but this is like to make an equivalent of New York with 10 huge Chinese cities full of skyscrapers with little importance..
      I seriously can't fathom this concept. Nothing beats Delphi the center of the world, the most important Oracle of the ancient world, nothing beats Olympia the birth place of the Olympics, nothing beats Delos the sacred island of Apollo and Artemis, nothing beats Athens the beginning of the classical culture, the birthplace of democracy and theatre, the mother of the West and nothing beats the theatres of the greek mainland no matter if in Anatolia later on were built bigger ones .. because the ones in Greek mainland were the ones which the immortal authors of the tragedies and comedies first show them to public. So no Greece is in no way "behind"....

    OK in Greece we celebrate name day and birth day and the thing the he said about how Greece have been created is wrong ( God throw a rock ) In ancient history there was many cataclysms ( Noa is Jew not Greece ) one of the cataclysm´s is the Deucalion cataclysm 9000 bc . The only one that survive was Deucalion and him wife Pira and there ship stuck in mountain Ossa in Thessaly . Deucalion speaks to Zeus and he practically say we need more people and Zeus say you and your wife takes rocks and throw them behind you . From every rock that Deucalion throw behind him man where created and from every rock Pira throw behind her woman where created . Sorry for any mistakes my English are not perfect .

    "Most hey-hey active country" he meant most sexually active country.
    This was based on a Durex survey that they did world wide, just because that survey said that it don't make it true but i guess it was a fun information he found and put it in the video 😂
    We definitely don't make the most kids...
    Kids? In THIS economy? 🤣

    Yeah the video is old but our population is 11M and inclining. Our beaches are sandy but due to volcanos we have some beaches that re rocky.
    Now regarding the religious-political views this video is only relying in the data that is written for Greece but most young greek people are atheist and they don't vote. Its really why our economical situation is bad because we keep electing political parties who dont care about people but they want to earn money and we actually have many recent scandals of our politicians who instead of protecting the people they chose money over that.
    We also have a lot of racism, xenophobia and homophobia which is due to uneducated people because again our educational system is so old and has not been updates since 2000 that we dont get to learn anything new or useful.

    • @kate-t3
      @kate-t3 25 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      You're confusing atheism with "not being religious" here. Atheism is a whole philosophy but young Greeks are mostly indifferent to religious practices, so that makes them "not religious".

    • @alexandrosvovidis
      @alexandrosvovidis 25 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@kate-t3 I’m not confused. I speak with young people every day, and there’s a clear distinction between atheism and agnosticism. Most young people, including myself, don’t believe in the existence of God because there isn’t enough evidence to support it. It’s not that we believe in something else that just isn’t called God; we simply don’t believe in God at all.
      While freedom of religion is supported by the Greek state, technically and realistically, there is no such option. You are born a Christian without being asked, and if you are not baptized, you are pointed out and looked down upon. So the statistics claiming that 98% of Greeks are Christians are simply wrong and far from reality because, in reality, there is no other option. Officially, that is, because unofficially, most people no longer believe.

    • @kate-t3
      @kate-t3 25 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@alexandrosvovidis I have no reason to contradict your experience with people you know who may be either atheists, if you don't believe in the existence of God, or agnostic if they believe there is some other unknown supreme power above us, or simply not religious, which means they don't go to church or observe any religious affairs being indifferent to the whole thing. The thing is that statistics rely on official data, and this data shows that people in Greece are Eastern Orthodox because they were baptized and that's official. So it's not wrong. If there was a survey carried out asking Greeks whether they are indeed religious or not, then we'd have the percentage you claim appearing in a different kind of statistics. And then, we might add this info wherever applicable.

    • @alexandrosvovidis
      @alexandrosvovidis 25 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@kate-t3 I myself am registered as a Christian because freedom of religion is not practically supported in Greece. So, in the statistics, it appears as if I am Orthodox Christian, even though I don’t believe in God for the reasons I mentioned before…
      So, it doesn’t matter what the statistics say when, in reality, there are no options that can be counted as something else. This is yet another paradox of our country where, although we have the right to freedom of religion by law, it doesn’t actually apply in practice.
