Phuwa or phowa is what every buddhist receives when they die from a monk or buddhist religious practitioner. It is a very important ritual that needs to be undertaken... You need to visit the monk or practitioner with a belonging of the deceased like a ring or anything and they will do the phuwa part..

To get into this world, one must start early. I have seen many failed examples who get into all these higher level tantric activities at a later stage in life and lose mental balance because this requires a strong mind groomed properly right in the beginning.
i do take your point however it takes some of us a lifetime to simply remember what we already knew. this birth is not the beginning. truly i see no beginning.
@JenTalks247 there is no beginning and no end, its a continuous process of endless rebirth and every life adds to our experiences by bringing changes to our DNA and linked energy, accordingly next birth is decided, linked to related cosmic energy. So be very careful of what you actually absorb and get connected to, be restricted in the selection of people and have minimal communication.

It is a must.. 2500years later which is today.. and mankind will go back to faith in good or bad. Manipulation of religion power will be on the rise. Just a prediction.. maybe knowledge allow us to move with time and gaining wisdom.
