when i was a student my sleep schedule was sooooo messed up and i napped all the time! as long as you manage to do your work on time don’t stress yourself out about your sleep schedule, uni always messes it up ❤

Hi! I want to go to Royal Holloway next year as an Erasmus. Do you recommend the accommodations at the actual uni? And well, overall, do you recommend the uni? that's awesome! as for the uni so far I really like it, I like most of my lecturers and everyone I've met here is lovely, Egham isn't the most lively of places but you can so easily get on the train to London city centre, for accommodation just go for what suits you in terms of catered and where it is on campus, the only one I wouldn't really recommend is founders because you rarely hear good things about it. i hope you enjoy your time here, it honestly is amazing! x

all the accommodation is good, maybe just avoid founders despite it looking pretty, try and meet people on and off your course and do as much as you want in freshers! x

Hi! Just wondering what course you’re studying? I saw that you’re doing a lot of work surrounding tv and film so I assume you’re in the media arts department? I applied to do digital media, culture and tech at rhul and managed to get an offer and I’m thinking about firming rhul so I was wondering how you’ve found your uni experience so far in terms of social life and academics? Ahh that’s great that you’ve got an offer!! So I do a joint honours English and film studies degree, I have a lot of friends in the media arts department and we all really enjoy it, I think the social life here is great too, it’s a lot more chill than most universities but it’s not a city university so it is expected, but personally I like that about rhul. The lectures are really great as well, they’re pretty down to earth and of the lectures in media arts I’ve had they seem to have a lot of industry experience as well, best of luck!!!
