    Hello.
    I'm a bit confused because at 01:04 you said "if at the start of your shift the porter filters have been soaking overnight in the chemical solution..." , but then at 01:23 you say "...once a week chemical solution for no more than 30 minutes."
    Could you kindly explain?

      mo b If you use stainless steel, than only washing them daily by hand and little dishwashing solution will do the job, and once on a week will be enough for cleaning with chemicals. First part is for non-stainless materials that need constant torough cleaning once a day.

      Stainless steel porta-filters need only 30min soak. Traditional brass filters require overnight soaking. Hope that clears it up.
