I’m thinking about switching from an A6 Hobonichi to an A6 Common Planner 🤔 thank you for the tip on trying/buying older versions of planners! Hopefully I can come to a decision soon :)
I started the year in a Wonderland222 in B6, both new planner and new planner size. I then got a Hobonichi Cousin Spring start since I wanted to try it out. I don't really need to get a new planner until 2025 is already here, but I keep looking 😅🙈 I like the trackers and quarterly planning of my Wonderland book and the organization of the pages feels more logical to me, but I learned that I should stick with my A5 size. I don't carry my planner with me but when I did the B6 was better 😊
I am 99% sure I will order another Hobonichi Cousin for the third year in a row. I love that it has monthly, weekly, and daily spreads. I use the monthlies for an overall glance, the weeklies for planning, and the dailies for journaling. I would do it in the A6, but it doesn't have the weekly layout.
Good tip about looking on the buy/sell trade market, if unsure to test it out. You make planners look so easy, got me up here thinking about purchasing one😩.

I am keeping it simple in 2025 and I don't think any other company can beat the Aura Estelle Catch All preorder price.❤❤
I preordered the twines&paper hybrid & aura Estelle 365 passport but I’m also waiting for papertess to release her weekly notebook for work 😅 I’m in an aura Estelle b6 weekly essential this year and I’ve loved it but the Twines&paper hybrid is my dream setup with both horizontal & vertical layout.
There are so many things I love about the Hobonichi Weeks Mega - it's so thin for the number of pages it has, it's portable, and I've used it for a few years now. I wish the months weren't together in the front of the planner...I know Aurella Estelle has a planner in the Weeks size where the months are scattered. BUT, it's split up into 2 planners and I don't know if I want that. I wish more planner companies made the months scattered instead of bunched up in the begining!

I just saw Catherine's 2025 planner reveal and I plan on getting another Sterling Ink planner for next year, the same size I got for 2024 (N1H Compact). As a horizontal planner, I'm happy for other horizontal planners to have a lot more choices and shops to choose from for next year and I'm excited to see their spreads. I will be happy for them in whatever they choose, without feeling the need to have it myself. I agree about the digital planning trend. Besides using Google calendar, I only need 1 physical planner. I tried the Nolty 1080 (?) passport size and fell off. It seems I'm only a one planner person? 🤷🏿♀️ I saw your video about planner consumerism back when you posted it and I can happily report that besides some monthly tabs, Midori tabs, and the planner of course, I will not be spending money on any other stationary for the rest of this year (I do have a wishlist though). What I already have from 1-5 yrs ago: -1 standard travelers notebook cover - Grid, lined and blank inserts for second brain/common placing - favorite pens, highlighters, color pencils - binder of stickers, plenty of washi - glue, correction tape, double sided tape, scissors, scrapbook tweezers - stamps and ink - empty notebooks to start journaling as a beginner - another binder for other hobbies - 2 beginner friendly fountain pens and ink Really the only thing I will be looking at to buy sometime next year is a better way to store everything. For home and travel. I want to thank you personally for your videos on spreads. Your channel and a couple others really helped me with organizing my spreads. I'm still learning how to process and retain information and you are one of those most helpful channels for me! Thank you!
Hello, thank you for sharing your experience and opinion with me. Except for Yoseka's Stationery Fest, I've been doing well with using up my sticker sheets before I buy more. I also finally finished an entire roll of washi tape the other day. I've never been able to use up entire roll ow washi tape before. I've been trying to do better overall with buying less stationery. When it comes to my fountain pens, I'm trying to sell the older ones before I buy a new one. I have a bunch of notebooks, too. Most of them are used as my brain dump book, commonplace book, media journal, or daily personal journal. As I fill up one, I'll dig into my stash to use the next one. I might give a bunch of them away at the end of the year because some companies do send me their new collections and I'm certain that I won't be able to use all of them before 2025 begins. 😆
@@PlanYourOneLife Congrats on finishing a washi, I'm struggling with that, lol! I love watching other people enjoy their new and old/repurposed stuff because it gives me ideas. I generally enjoy seeing all the things! I like watching reviews of products because it gives me context (I'm a visual and hands on learner). I imagine you will get stuff to review and I hope to see what you share if you choose to! Honestly, I liked everything the way that it was before. I don't know if I'll have a use for the annual tracker. I've been using the monthly trackers and I like them. The only other thing that I took notice of was the mulberry colored cover, it's pretty.
@@PlanYourOneLife YES that was a pretty color. I’ve never tried her planners but I saw in the comments the excitement. Lol. I guess the B5…whatever that big one is, is gold. My only interest is her goal page which she breaks down into achievable bites. I also like Just Scribble’s horizontal layout with focus and priorities and tracker on it. The thing about layouts is you can simply draw them in your current planner without buying an entirely new planner. 🙌🏾

Have you tried the Wonderland 222 A6 planner? The months are scattered throughout the planner.
