I have way too many washi tapes! And they take forever to use. I'm trying to stick to only tapes that can be used in a bunch of different spreads instead of anything I think is cute

I love a good stationery declutter! Makes me wanna shop my stash. I am decluttering stickers and not buying anymore books.

I plan on using up all of what I currently have. I do have a ton of PET tape stickers so will not be purchasing anymore deco stickers. I am interested in in field notes and anything else no one claims 😅

I'm trying to be much more mindful about spending this year. I recently heard that Pilot are discontinuing the Kiri-Same ink colour (warm grey) in their Iroshizuku range, and in previous years my knee-jerk reaction would have been to buy a backup bottle. But the truth is that although I really like the colour, I still have most of a 50ml bottle left, which suggests that it's not one of my favourites - unlike Fuyu-Syogun (cool grey) and Take-Sumi (black), both of which I use a lot and will definitely need to replace eventually. I have a lot of other colours (from numerous different brands) that I don't really use, so I've sorted my collection into a "must keep" drawer and a "purgatory" drawer - anything in the latter that doesn't get used this year is liable to get destashed!

I got into planners and such back in 2018 or 19 and then did not stick with it. At the time I had bought a fair amount of Happy Planner sticker books. I got back into planners and trying to journal in the second half of 2024. I have been a very good girl with not buying anymore stickers. Seriously bought no stickers! And only two planners 😂 BUT!! I have been a massive failure once I rediscovered fountain pens. I have spent $$$$ building a pen collection, trying different brands, nib sizes, materials. So far in January 2025 I have bought 5 pens. 🤦‍♀️ so now I am going to try to limit myself to one-two pens a month 😬

I probably have too many pens if I'm being honest with myself. You've inspired me to de-stash the ones I don't use I love to experiment or find new ones I'm interested in (let along fountain pens and ink, which is a new hobby as of last year), so I need to be better about this. I am interested in any B6 cover. I use a b6 notebook for my common place book, but I haven’t found a good cover. I need to get rid of all of the clothes that no longer fit me since I have lost weight in the past year. I have given some of them to a friend.

I have started making a cleaning list just recently because it is so hard to keep up on every filter that needs to be changed in our house. I should make a list of all of my notebooks because I have wayyy too many and I need to use them up, I have no business being down a notebook isle anytime soon. Thank you for all of the suggestions

I've been keeping one slowly over the years, just picking up and saving things that inspire me to develop my writing voice. I keep my favorite poems, quotes from my favorite authors or screenwriters, and even phrases that I hear from other people as I go throughout my day. I want to capture the rhythm of a real voice and the meaning of real emotion in my writing! I also use it as a way to keep practicing my cursive, since I realized that most schools don't teach it anymore. I wanted to keep it fresh in my mind, and I think it's a nice skill to keep handy so that it doesn't fall into obscurity :D

My favorite planner list is the supply one…I haven’t so many notebooks and writing utensils but when I needed a black sharpie the other day, I assumed I had one and I didn’t. Plus I really want to use up what I have .

I love pocket size notebooks for my commonplace journal. I prefer to use Leuchtturm 1917 pocket notebooks because it comes with numbered pages and a table of contents.

Well day 10...I'm determined

I got a bad batch Sanzen from a different planner company. The feathering and bleed through are horrendous! Some ink swatches blead through for like 6-7 pages afterwards 😱😩. I’m gonna post a video soon showing it, because some people seem to think we need to just use a lighter hand while writing and they don’t understand it’s a legit issue. But yeah, multiple brands are affected.

I kept a large Commonplace book on Integrity last year, but found it too large and broad in information. I have ordered my field notes-love your presentation and knowledge shared! Thank you!

Ok---one final comment from me. (LOL!) The commonplagelarce notebook that I have---the larger sized one, is exclusively for my quotes from the Stoic Philosophers. I have a section for Epictetus, Seneca, and Marcus Aurelius. However, my new notebook for this year will be a smaller Field Notes size. I do like the way that you have organized your commonplace book! And what a delight to see that someone else is reading the words of the Stoics.

I prefer the Field Note size! I have a Commonplace notebook but am considering using a Field Note sized one going forward. There is something quite satisfying about filling a journal - even a small one. So I vote for the Field Notes sized.
