Then, the tone of both completely changes the second the President is mentioned as now the General has to suffer a similar type of treatment (most likely) from his own superior.
All you have to do is find the output data cable, splice it and feed it random signals enough to obfiscate the codes sent but not trigger a shutdown/launch order. Radiation bursts alone could probably do it by causing a short. Or you can heat the processor up enough that the ai computer will be forced to run slower. In that time, you could disarm all the nukes!
