Another banger, Joanna. 🙌 I always hire an outside consultant when possible for those exact reasons. A fresh perspective is SOOO underrated. I also really appreciate the note about finding the "why" through qualitative research. Pretty much all my clients assume that if something scores low, they need to fire out more comms about it. Rarely do they think about understanding what else might be the cause...
