I cant get mine 9-3 in reverse at all, it looks same as yours. The left "stick" isn't pulling enough, I need to pull the left stick up with one hand and change to revers at the same time with the other hand to make it change to reverse. First gear works but it feels a bit bad, are there any adjustments to make or do I need to do the same thing as you? Thanks for the video.
