Wow you guys predicted the future! 😂 This is a good kind of service/business. Ul get lots of Client from now on. Consider a version for houses with elders and disabled, can't wait to see
Well done. Would be nice if the architect made one of the two stairs a ramp; not just for old / infirmed but for when you want to get your piano / billiards table / what-have-you up there. :)
great work! I wanted to ask. we're in the northeast near the water and our house is raised 5' high (after sandy) and we were wondering if it could be raised higher, to 8' which is standard for similar homes in the area. and one more question. can you give us a ballpark figure on costs?
Thanks for the question Jonathan. Each home has different requirements and costs. We'd be glad to give you a custom quote if you wouldn't mind giving a few details at p3elevation.com/contact. Thanks!
If you're in a flood zone, it's mandatory or else FEMA will not insure your home for flood and the county won't issue permits to remodel. We are dealing with this right now because of IAN.

That house is BOSS!
Looks like it took more than three minutes to raise this house.
Judging by the sun angles and shadows, I'm guessing 7 minutes minimum.
It took 3 days to build it
@@kahzel4795,
Thank you for that.
I'd have never known.
Read the description, it took 100 days to complete.
@@Jeff-NORCAL He was just joking.
I dig your kind of silliness sir!
i sure you guys cleaned up the jagged front part of the foundation that was underground. I was waiting for it so bad lol
wow!! How much did that project cost?
What is the reason?
Would like to know how much this cost?
me too
Me three.
How much should we raise a 4,150 sq ft house located in Conroe, TX -flood zone? And how long will it take?
70 feet minimum.
150 ft because you forgot to account for a "rogue wave"
Sell it
What would be the average cost to raise a house that size and that high.
$80 per sq. ft. plus slab and chain walls.
Why was it lifted ?
This house is on the banks of a river that floods 5-15 feet each decade.
Makes sense now!
Think you can do mine for the introductory rate of $499.99?
Están bien lokos! Felicidades!
Incredible engineering. But why would you lift it this high? Is it to build underneath it?
This home historically experienced recurring floods of over 10 feet.
@@p3elevationthat's not a house then. It's a boat. Set it free to search for the one-piece and build somewhere sensible.
I wish I'd known this before they made me tear down my 2200 sf house...
Well done.

A ramp would have to be 4 times as long as the stairs. Piano movers are very skilled on a steep staircase. Big blokes with carrying harnesses.
Your forgot for riding a Green Machine down.
As the more Bitchin I do about stairs
The more I like ramps !

I'm here because I'm planning to build a 500sf home about 8 feet off the ground.
This would be great for survival in a zombie apocalypse unless the zombies can jump really high.
Seriously 🤦🏼♂️
Lol
Exactly....
Sooooo absolutely tired of zombie idiocy
I want this so bad but not as high . Lol maybe 3-4 ft. After Harvey in Houston I’m on the edge of what could happen in the future.

.. .. .. but why?
Flooding.

Reminds me of Wild Wild West (1999).

Those poor neighbours

Why so high? Walking up nearly 2 stories of stairs every day sucks. Do they want to park trucks underneath or are they chasing a view?
After reading comments. It is because of high floods.
I would gladly walk those stairs if that were my house. It's beyond cool.
Why?
Yea... why tho?
