I forgot how sweaty gears players were. But I can’t deny how good some players are.
There’s a certain type of freedom to the movement when you’re playing ffa than a team mode. But I believe it’s cause you’re not restricted by your teammates.

I miss the good ol gears 1 days. No other options out at the time so there were millions of players online.
Plus gears 1 had a gritty bleak vibe. It was simple & very unique
@@wisdomincoming12 It also lacked "modern player customization" no weapon skins and crazy over the top character skins. It just looked like the purest form of the Gears of War universe which immersed you into the setting. Now when you play the new Gears or any other modern multiplayer game everyone has colorful weapons and 'crossover skins' from other franchises and stuff that that removes the immersion and grittiness in my opinion.

Just watched a top 10 gow moments and this video came up afterwards. Instantly see how fast the wall bouncing is and it makes me sad how its turned out. That isn't Gow. This isn't any disrespect to Avexyz. I loved gow4 esports.
As a player with more than 10k hours between the first 3 gears, all of them with all achievements in Xbox 360, your movement is something special, something never seen before.
Not to be rude but how have you not seen movement like this in gears 3? Or even 2 for that matter. Hyper bouncing in that game was something special

looks good needs a bit of improvement in aiming but not bad :) i played alot GoW 1 2 and 3 i didnt invest much time in 5 cause the lobbys in Europe where almost dead everyday and i hated 5on5 4on4 was so much better keep it up i hope gears 6 will become good

Too much randomness into the matchmaking , lazy and complaining community .. investing time with no certainty concerning the fun I was looking for .

Yea I can aim good, or I can move good. The way he can move fast and fuck and still get an accurate shot off perfectly timed after his character pumps the next round into the gnasher, every single time is just nuts.
I love gears and it's probably the only multyplayer game I took seriously so I can get pretty sweaty but THIS IS A WHOLE OTHER LEAGUE MY BOY! Amazing control of the sensitivity and beautiful shots. I yeild to your experience

Watching this as a casual player who can barely even run and take cover is just insane. Especially when I do come into contact with someone and I do 25% damage while they glide around doing 100

@15:02 What in the hell was that? 2 reaction shots in a row? I don't even know what to call that. Not going to lie, I hit my first UP A smoothly and a brick on someone that was in cover (I don't know how that's possible, I only saw his head but he got hit full spread). I'm getting better at dealing with multiple enemies but still need to work on hitting shots off of bounces (probably need to learn claw or switch to tournament and grind). It's interesting seeing you predict how an enemy is going to play and then countering it, it's really fast.
The first was a back A, the 2nd was a simple bounce then blind fire but the guy knifed me so my character was stunned

sweatys like this killed the game thb. The skill gap gets too large and these dudes don't play ranked all day, they hop into casual and melt the community until everyone quits.
IMO this ruined my experience of the game, this sliding around is not the gritty heavy character experience Gears brought, the devs played into it too which was a shame.
Yes some speed is needed in such a gravity felt game but i feel gears was celebrated for its tense shootouts the felt real, but this slipping and sliding i feel ruined it altogether.
No doubt the guy is good but its just sad to see a game so exploited
I agree lol this movement tech looks a$$ and if it is needed to even be competent in gow multiplayer modes. No wonder no one wants to pick up this game anymore for other than the co op and campaign. Two thumbs down and if angry Joe saw this, he'll literally rip this game a new a$$hole. Even if it's in the game as vanilla, the devs needs to do something to prevent this in the later installments.

I remember keeping the desire to play and managing to reach that level of skill in my games....God, work and responsibilities weakened me too much,Currently I only want to play calm or entertaining games.... I treasured with great affection those perfect games that I once had (have a great time, enjoy as much as you can!!!)
The more and more I watch your vids I start to notice that keeping your character center of you screen at all times and not choking is the cheat code to being the best

I was hype for gears 5 thinking they would finally balance cover gliding and instead doubled down. Ive seen full sweat teams get beat by noobs because a map was more open and the sweat teams ran knashers and got annihilated because no cover glide and no range weapons.

You see, i'd love to give Gears multiplayer a go, but I always put myself off because I imagine everyone will be playing like this lol
The movement is insane, clearly this is a game with a high skill ceiling, but I can only imagine that coming into this community as a noob would feel like you're up against people playing a completely different game to the one you are.

I use RB instead of A and it works like a charm. Never been able to claw correctly.
Don't know about Avexys , but using "Single Stick Movement" may help, as long as you keep moving your right stick :)

Most of the pro players quit Gears, but you're 1 out of like 50 players who are pros that are still playing Gears. I can see why you're always going against bots or semi pro players. Overall you're amazing man, your movement and accuracy with prediction is is phenomenal. 23:25 is prime example of how you have amazing control
