- ZERO THINKING SAUSAGES
2- 14oz Polska kielbasa
2 bell pepper, diced
1 TBSP garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
3 tbs soy sauce
3-4 tbs sugar
Oil, for cooking
1. Prep your ingredients: bell pepper, polska kielbasa, garlic and onion.
2. Heat up some oil and sear sausages on each side until there’s a nice crust. Remove from heat.
3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and onions til fragrant.
4. Then add diced bell peppers and cook for a couple of minutes. Combine well.
5. Then season with 3 TBSP soy sauce and 3 TBSP sugar. Combine well and cook til sauce starts to slightly thicken.
6. Once sauce thickens, turn off heat and drizzle with sesame oil. Enjoy over a bowl of hot rice

I just did this recipe with BBQ hot dog sausages because I only had that.😅 I added mushrooms. I had no sesame seeds but the rest of I gredients I followed the recipe. It is really good and so simple to make. Thanks!
Omg you literally basically made what my dad invented for us in our household growing up, it never had a name. Same kielbasa onions and bell peppers and everything. The only differences we have is we omit sesame oil, and we substitute maple syrup (the cheap corn syrup kind) for sugar. So it would make a sweet maple soy glaze and we would always eat it with rice. I wanna make it again right now at 2am after watching this lol

as for slime, if for some reason you do have it and it’s stuck, use a lemon and it’ll basically turn it into liquid which makes it way easier to clean~
yep this was what my mom cooked and what i conitnue to cook when i needed a quick meal or didn't want to spend a lot on eating out.

I’m not Polish but I know that Polska means Poland in Polish. As for Kielbasa, Google says it just refers to any kind of sausage found in Polish cuisine.
My mom made a similar recipe, but she would put diced Roma tomatoes in it. As they cooked down, they reduced into a nice rich sauce that tastes so good over rice.
