I seen your adorable coop on pinterest and someone had commented 'this isn't used for chickens'... as we can see, it is! Very cute!
Is anyone else laughing 😂 at the noisy girls!
It's a chicken coop palace!
this is what I call a luxury coop LOL
Oh thank you. I had fun remodeling it.
Hi Lisa. Love the tour! I was searching for ideas and came across your inside the chicken coop ideas. Love all of them! I can see some of the ideas for my girls new shed coop. Thanks for sharing! God bless!

I love hear the chickens talking :) That coop and run are AWESOME!!!!!!
OH thank you.
Yay!!! Finally a VIDEO!!!!! A CHICKEN VIDEO TO SAY THE LEAST 🥰🥰🐓🐣💜💜
Your chicken coop is decorated nicer than my house. I have to hear the story about the chicken tutus! Lol
Oh trust me, my coop is nicer than MY house too!
@@FreshEggsDaily In the spring im gonna decorate my coop nice too :)
@@chickensquailandbirds5650 I'm not sure how much the chickens appreciate it but I sure do
I love the chicken coop!

Thank you so much!
love the coop😊
Thank you!
Super cute
Thank you! 😊
Really nice, I’ll check out your books. I’m about to start my homesteading journey & this really gives me ideas. Happy chickens for sure. 🐓🐔🐓
Oh wonderful! Yes, my books and blog are great resources.
Nice. I really like how you separated it into the coop and feed/storage. I love the decoration ideas, too. We moved recently & the landlords kids just moved their chickens so we now have full use of their coop. It's one of those cute little prefab coups and I'm so excited to decorate it!! We only have one old roo & his hen but we're going to get chicks soon ~ YAY!
I just legit bought a few Valentine's Day decorations for the outside.....and a mirror for the inside, along with a few small picture frames 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️😂😂
Yes! I love the separation and fact that I can store everything right in the coop.
Super cute....Samething I want to do is build a coop just like yours..What is that adorable building you have in the back ground it looks so cute...Would love to see pictures of it also
The red one? That's our goose house.
Hi I think I have the book you made. Beautiful coop by the way!
Awesome! Thank you!
@@FreshEggsDaily In the spring I plan to decorate my Serama coop like that because it is pretty bland right now
I can't get over that you've never had problems with mites or lice parasites etc.
How do you do it?
I explain it all here in this blog post. 14 years and counting and not one issue.www.fresheggsdaily.blog/2013/02/mites-how-to-prevent-them-and-treat.html
Do you close their little door at night too or is their run predator proof as well?
I do lock them in the coop at night. Its very hard to get a run to be 100% predator-proof. I worry about weasels mostly. SO yes, locked in the coop at night.
How many chickens and ducks stay in the coop?
We have 18 chickens and 9 ducks.
Aren't the ladder steps too wide for your hens feet?
no. Chickens sleep flat footed, they don't wrap their feet like wild birds.
Yes, they are too wide and can cause foot injuries in the birds.
How many acres do you have?
About 300.
guysssssss i am trying to make a videoooooooo lol
LOL!
This coop is really more about the owner than the birds.
Not really. Everything I do is functional as well. The curtains, the shiplap... it all has a purpose. That doesn't mean that it all cant look pretty too.
She clearly loves every aspect of her "Chicken keeping" but frankly it's almost to the point of being a weird obsession. And I wonder how many hours a day she spends on chickens.
LOL! This is my job. You know that right? I write books, have a blog, social media, host a tv show. It's literally how I earn my living.
How is it not covered in poop lol
They spend all their time outside. They are only inside to sleep and eat.
@@FreshEggsDaily same as mine but they still manage to destroy the coop lol, seem like you just have some very tidy ladies!
