So the rule when there’s more than one segment with all zeros but with other segments with numbers between them you pick the longest trail with zeros to use the double colons?

I have 2 addresses in ipv6 and sometimes it shows 6 addresses what does it mean?

Im slightly unsure why there are two colons when there are only 5 sets of zeros like for
0000:0000:0000:0000:FD45:1234:4432 changes to ::FD45:1234:4432:11DD
two colons before FD45. Does one colon represent anything because wouldn't it be ::::FD45:1234:4432:11DD??
