@@X0STED I think he means he can't see the Appdata folder which is common. So, open Control Panel, then in the search bar type file explorer, click that one, then open the View tab and search there for something called Show hidden folders, drivers blah blah blah, you need to tick that and apply and that's it, you'll be able to see the Appdata folder after. :) Hope this helped, because I had the same issue.
