Good for you. No liver spots, I’m sure. People get liver spots on face and arms…needlessly.
It’s so easy to use if you have it near bed, or where you usually sit.
See it and you’ll use it.
My handyman guy has sore knees, I give him a small squeeze bottle. When you’re at a light, put some on.

I also applied it for full days and put a decorative head cover over my hair.
Not only did I stop loosing hair, it also turned my grey streaks into light brown. I didn't care for that change since gray hair represents the fact that I was blessed enough to live long enough to get gray hair. Not everyone is blessed to show age signs.

PLEASE NOTE: There has been a sudden rumor going around that started sometime around March 2023 about castor oil pulling toxins from plastic. While glass is always best for storage of anything, long before this rumor came out I had already done some digging on oils that would not degrade plastic and I consistently kept coming across castor oil. Other oils, like coconut, can degrade plastic but not castor oil. This would mean it is highly unlikely it would pull the toxins from the plastics as the claim goes. Also, since this rumor was started, I have several times tried to find any science or ANY proof that would back up this claim and have yet to find one shred of evidence.

Gave a bottle to a coworker. She said she woke up crying because her arthritic hands hurt so. Had a new bottle in my desk.
I told her before bed, use plastic bags, slather the oil on, then the bread wrapper or bag, then her husbands clean socks.
Sometime during the night, you might take it off, but the oil will have worked. She tried it, and came to my desk deliriously happy.
The body heals itself. Using the oil created a pathway to heal. Inflammation subsides, it works. Right away.
Castor oil was used as a purgative. It’s not necessary to use a tablespoon. Just a couple of drops from an eye dropper.

Thanks for this info. My story with Caster Oil is for styes on the eye. I have Dry Eye Syndrome... I'm staring at computer screens for 10+ hours every day and developed some problematic styes over the years. Doctors could not help me other than prescribing antibiotics. Finally I found a Naturopath that suggested I topically try Caster Oil on the stye. It takes care of all these problems now and helped me avoid eye surgery due to one problematic internal stye on the eyelid that hung around for about 3 months. It can take anywhere from 1 day to a couple weeks. These styes used to get infected and grow to the size of a pea on my eyelid. So thankful I found this product.

Reading these comments, makes me think about something all too common now. Eyebags.
Some people have eye saddlebags. It’s got to hurt. Has to be air travel, alcohol ,lack of sleep, things from our modern day world.
Can be seen in old photos, but today, much worse.
It’s easy to do, catch it before it gets worse. Use compresses to the eyelids 2-3 times a day. Take five minutes, listen to a podcast or music.
For the cotton pads, use epsom salt water or MSM water made from the powder, or castor oil, or use spent teas bags.
I had dark circles that were getting worse, eyes tired all the time. Epsom salt water worked in a few days. Don’t keep the
pads in the water, use fresh pads.
Make small batches, fresh every other day.
Lots of things work. Persistence is key.

Leave cloth on for about an hour until oil is absorbed, and it will absorb. Castor oil is my main go-to self help medicine. If I get bruised or get a cut, if I put castor oil on the hurt immediately, the pain goes away within ten minutes or less, and no bruising or very little, happens. I carry a small bottle of castor oil everywhere with me in case of a mishap. My other go-to is peppermint oil. I use three drops of straight peppermint oil on my toothbrush everyday to clean my teeth. Peppermint oil makes m6 teeth feel shiny clean. The only thing it doesn’t do is whiten teeth at all, so sometimes I use a good natural toothpaste. If I feel discomfort in my bladder, I take a few drops peppermint oil and drink a glass of water or two til I feel fine again. Peppermint oil must alkalinize the body, I think.

If you make this using US size cups it makes a lot which usually lasts me over a month but I keep it in a dry cupboard and it lasts me at least a couple of months. I use it after I shower as in winter I have very dry skin I put it on my hair until saturated wrap in a scarf or towel leave over night and wash with shampoo in the morning for literally the softest hair I've ever had. Also on days where my hair goes a bit fly away and frizzy I put a pipette size amount in my hands and smooth it over my hair. Thanks Heidi. Use it everyday on my skin. Everyday. And I have a mascara wand that I use to brush the castor oil on my lashes in lieu of mascara(thin layer). I personally love it for topical use and well..... I used it the day of and before I gave birth worked great for me. It was actually my easiest delivery.

Hi Heidi Amen God is good All the time! I use the black Jamaican castor oil for my hair, i mix it with my hair oil and shea butter all together, as it is awesome for hair growth and it is also great for removing spots and blemishes from the skin, so I use it for my face, neck and chest as well. It is I do believe a skin toner, so i don't use it quite often. It is also good to control skin tags and stretch marks!
