I tell you I just used a panty liner laid it on a paper plate and squirt the oil all over it and then I put the observant side on my knee and an ace bandage around it and I didn’t use heat but my gosh it helps so much. I’m in shock.

I don't use plastic wrap at all but it still works very well. So my wife used castor packs for ovarian cyst the size of a large grapefruit. Its 1 month only and she says it feels like a large lemon now instead. Praise God.

Heritage has the oil too and it's not all that expensive. You can use the same pack over and over by storing it in the fridge. I have cured things that the doctors could not with castor oil packs. One was a neck and arm pain that they said I needed surgery for. I had gotten injections that did not work and I was in extreme pain - pacing the floor because the doctor was unwilling to prescribe pain meds and I cannot take anti-inflammatories (they are bad for us anyway) so I tried castor oil and it fixed it OVERNIGHT. The first miracle I experienced was when I tried it on plantar fasciitis in both of my feet that I had been sufferring with for years. I could barely walk without a cane as the pain was so bad. Someone recommended it and I tried it. 3 days and it was totally gone! For good. Try it you will like it.

Can confirm this works in a damn near miraculous fashion. Have used on knees, ankle, feet, hands, and shoulders. Have used on muscles as well as joints. Was stunned on how well this works. On my hands it worked almost instantly. I suffer from stenosis and neuropathy and this works better than ibuprofen. It's a known anti-inflamatory. I also pour some in a hot bath or just rub it into the affected area. It's an ancient auryvedic remedy that has been used for at least one thousand years. Use topically (on skin only). Ingesting it is a very strong purgative.

That’s what I do. I made some legwarmers from old capri leggings, and I use a panty liner and pour it all on the absorbent side. Then I put on my newly made capri leggings knee warmers. And within 24 hours I was shocked. I added another squirt midday and took it off for bed. When I got up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night I forgot I even had any pain after being riddled with both knee pain since 2006

I made a pack for my husband’s knee. I sewed a piece of old shower curtain to the wool in the shape of his kneecap then sewed it onto a piece of ace bandage and added Velcro to secure it around his knee. He uses it every night and his knee is feeling much better. The shower curtain helps keep the caster oil from leaking.

A coworker told me about this because I have severe arthritis in my knee, but I was a little skeptical because I didn’t think it would work. I searched videos to see if anyone else was skeptical and I came across this video. The instructions were the exact same thing she told me, so I’m definitely going to try it and I’ll let you know how it goes.
12/23/22 - update: I tried it, and yes, it significantly helped the first day, but after that, it just didn’t do anything for me. I did the instructions just like the video for a week straight, and nothing. So for all the comments about it being “miraculous”, I don’t know what they did, but for me it didn’t give me any relief.
