  • Sozin's Comet is the finale for the Last Airbender. But for Aang the Airbender, it's the peak and the end of a long, heart-wrenching journey to become the Avatar and save the world.

Sozin's Comet part 2 is my favorite 24-minute segment of the show without question. Thank you for making a video on it! Fantastic job and great thoughts/conclusions!

Appreciate the thoughts, it was my (exhausted) pleasure working on this video! It's a fantastic finale to a fantastic show that allowed as many plot hooks and plot threads to tie in to form that sense of completion.
Also that's a great profile pic. RIP
      Hugh Dennis.

ATLA teaches many valuable lessons to the audience. The best-animated show ever created.

That and many other old Cartoon Network-Nickelodeon era shows. Like Justice League Unlimited.

I really liked your thoughts and in-depth analysis of balance in this show. Balance leads to peace. Aang finding balance led to peace in the nations and within him. Iroh mastering balance led him to find peace in the spirit world. I mention Iroh because he went out of his way after suffering a loss to achieve balance and tranquility. He then teaches peace and resolution in his own way through metaphors to the main characters.

It's absolute character class with Iroh. He's either sharing wisdom from experience or helping others see things in the plain and simple way they ought to be understood. If Aang wasn't the main character, I would not have minded a main protagonist Iroh leading other characters in a mentor-esque season(s).

We meet again! But yeah! I thought that was a fitting scripture for the whole character arc that Aang went through!
