Toyotajeff in Raleigh hi Jeff. I currently drive a 2013 Chevy Tahoe with about 115k miles. . I’m considering a cpo sequoia, later model fewer models. Your thoughts?
Wow, thank you for such a detailed comparison. Great to see a salesman who has passion for the brand, not just a sale. I would definitely go out of my way to purchase from you.
Jeff, I just wanted to say that this video answered ALL of my questions I had when deciding on which model 4Runner to purchase. Thank you so much for a very informative video.
Thanks, Jeff, just picked up a 2019 SR5 4WD. Thanks for the detailed review. It was very helpful in my selection, and even though you didn't make any money off my purchase, you helped me tremendously. I appreciate you.
Before I got my sr5 premium it took me awhile to see what all the differences were. The limited was more of a family hauler and the suspension was too stiff, the sr5 was almost to Basic and the TRD model was mainly for those who do alot of off-roading. I went with the SR5 premium with a nice sunroof, black leather interior and heated leather seats. Put all terrain tires on and then everything else I was happy with.😎
What Toyota 4Runner would you choose based on this comparison of ALL trim levels? haha this one took so long to film. I hope you all like it and share it on your social medias (perfect for Twitter, Facebook, etc). Thanks, Jeff
I bought a 2018 Limited 4WD fully loaded. I didn't know what the big deal was with 4Runner. The first time I drove the car it was a dream come true. Now I understand why these SUVs last decades! My wife is the one will drives this with the kids and it is an awesome vehicle and very safe! Money well spent. Love the video and keep doing your thing playa!
Jeff, This 4Runner comparison is so thorough I feel I ought to get credits towards a community college diploma just for watching it. I'll take the SR5 4X4 in Silver , Dark Blue or Barcelona Red.
LOVED watching this video showing differences in all the trim levels!! I am absolutely in love with the Voodoo blue TRD Pro although I will most likely not be taking it off road. I will use it as a daily driver! I love that one and am test driving one this coming weekend!!!!! I can't wait!!!
There is no doubt in my mind that this guy can really move the iron off the lot. I was in the car business quite a few years ago and guys like this are always good salesman. He's knowledgeable and has a very disarming personality. I bet he also gets a lot of referrals and repeat business.
Sir I own the TRD PRO and The Limited. Your review is very good compared to others but you may have forgotten or overlooked an important feature regarding suspension and handling features. You need to mention that the Limited comes with the XREAS suspension, which eliminates body roll down to zero, but it also makes it very stiff on road, it's also an a full time 4WD system. no 4x4 ( for those who are still used to the old classification system) The other models are 4x4 on demand, they're two wheel drive all the time and only activate 4x4 on slippery terrain and speeds less than 40mph. So if you live in a snowy climate, and think your getting an AWD SUV, NO. it's 2 wheel drive all the time. So think and educate yourself. This is a speciality truck meant for work and daily driving, but understand they are built with a purpose and each purpose is for a specific need. this isn't about luxury alone or showing off your TRD PRO Also the Limited has no body dip when towing vs the TRD Pro. The TRD pro has a lot of roll on turns. The Limited has a self leveling set up using hydraulics no electronica set up to self level. If yo don't believe me, place your wallet on the dash and see if it moves around, or better yet, get leveling measuring device and place it on the dash and make a video. however the limited is stiff and you can feel every single rock and bump.
This is a copy and paste from toyota website regarding to the limited: Limited Drivetrain • Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) or full-time 4WD system with Active Traction Control (A-TRAC) and Torsen®55 limited-slip center differential with locking feature • X-REAS Sport Enhancement Suspension
@@manvirsandhu5313 Basically if your asking if your can get the same drivetrain as the TRD Pro with the manual selection 4 hi, low N, the answer is unfortunately no. Meaning you don't get the crawl control feature found in that drive train. The limited either get the Full-time 4WD with Active Traction Control (A-TRAC) and Torsen limited-slip center differential with locking feature or a part time 2wd minus the transfter case. the transfer case comes in TRD PRO, TRD and higher model SR5 or depending on how it's made and ordered.
@@vytasmesk8401 If yiour not going to go off road hardcore and live in places with snow and slush. You want the awd limited . The down side is the rims are huge and although the tires are decent, they're somewhat thin on the limmited. The ride is much stiffer but accurate on the limmited. Cabin noise is louder on limmited despite the limmitrd being the bells and whistles.. the trd pro offers the same luxary as the limmited. Only thing missing is the 3rd row which i have on the limmited, vented leather seats, snd sun roof.. trd pro 2020 model offers better suspension than my trd pro because mines are rocking the Bastien. Also the 2019 and 2020 offer better tires stock on both. The new models have Fox shocks snd better tinned for on and off road. They also reduced the 4runners body roll. Both the limmited and tes offer under carriage protection but the trd pro is thicker in the rear. The trd pro also has a special muffler system that starts from the catylitic down the exhaust and the cold air intakke system bigger, more aggressive than the limmited. The trd pro has a raspier throttle and is turned different. .my limmitrd will shift gears earlier. The trd will hold the gear longer. Also keep in mind its a part time 4x4 or what ever people choice to call it. Its a 2 wheel drive rear bias, and 4x4 on demand only at speeds lower than 40. I have a center locking diff and lsd on the limmited and the trd pro has rear locking diff.
Thanks for making this video. I planning buying a toyota 4runner, for my wife possible this year. Now i have an idea what different opinions Toyota offers in the 4runners. The only thing that sucks 4runner don't offer adjustable pedals (my wife is shorter than me).

What I’ve noticed from owning my own 4Runner and observing others is that those who regularly go off-road want to be in control. They don’t use crawl control or multi-terrain select as often as Toyota assumes they will. They’re more of a curiosity, but not an essential feature for off-roading.

Hi Jeff. I wish you were on Long Island! I’d Definitely buy a Tacoma from you! Do you know when Toyota is releasing the 2020 Tacoma’s into the Dealers to sell? Thanks for all your Videos Jeff! They are great! Keep it up!
Great video. Very informative. Can you do a more detailed video comparing all of these 2019's to the new 2020's? I'd like to see the difference between my 2019 O-R Premium and the 2020 O-R Premium.

Does the Off-road have better shocks than the lower trims. I thought the Tacoma off-road has better shocks. Not as good as the TRD Pro, but better than lower trims.

Besides the base SR5, the TRD Off-Road is a sweet deal considering the upgrades.
TRD Off-Road best choice for my wallet.
