19:20 Having trouble right now with my Outrider and rotating the leg wheels back into robot mode. Like solidly stuck. Put some 80 weight oil on the joints earlier. May try again later tonight.
Great video! I have been going back and forth about which Hoist I should get for the permanent place in my season 1 toon accurate collection. I really like what Fans Toys has done with the chrome and the ability to change the height.
Not really a character I want but for me the xtb does it. The ft is so cartoon accurate but the alt mode is so meh. The xtb alt mode looks great. And the bot mode is good. The price hurts it's chance too.
I agree that XTB has the better alt modes for Hoist and Trailbreaker both. I always display them in bot mode so I'm milling about selling my XTB for FT versions. Just not yet. Waiting on the Takara versions coming in the next few months before I do anything.
@@tydiriumhanger1320 I know. Timing is everything. I can pick up the FT or Takara In the spring and sit on the XTB until next Nov and put them up for sale when people are doing next year's Christmas shopping. That should work out alright.
Even though I'm terrified of breakin the Ocular Max Hoist every time I transform him (because I already did and luckily succesfully modded him to fix the break) I still love its more idealized look. And I actually kind of like the transformation too. Even though it is horror.
I am not a fan of how much of the arm sockets you can see through the windshield of the X-Transbots. They should have gone with a less transparent windshield.
I do like him a little better than the XTB 2.0 that I own. Trailbreaker the same. The FT is a little nicer than my XTB 2.0 version. The question is do I want to upgrade? For now I'll wait on Takara to get there Trailbreaker and Hoist out and see what they're all about before I make any changes. Takara Trailbreaker is coming out in Dec I believe. Nothing on Takara Hoist yet but I'm betting early Spring for his release. Once they're out and reviewed I'll see if I want to sell my XTB 2.0 versions for the FT versions or the newer Takara versions coming. I do want to upgrade them I think but I'm waiting on Takara before I make a move. I don't keep duplicates. One of each is enough and they all hold value well enough that I get back the majority of what I spent buying them if I choose to sell them later.
Nice vid. I have a pretty good masterpiece collection that’s a good mix of Takara and third party but I threw the towel when car bots were hitting $100 plus range. I think Ironhide or Inferno was my last get. I still would like Skidz and Sun Streaker.

Yep I felt 2 points that I could have broken this and backed of to be more careful. It really sucks to break an MP

We are nearing the place where we have most characters represented and only need a few more holes to fill
