This is a better version of the 6.0. My dad had both: an 03 and 05. The 03 started stalling at a year old, but the only time the 05 was in the shop was for regular service. We also have an 03 F350 for the farm that I effectionately named Emily, but Problems is her middle name. She was constantly in the shop, and is now sitting in the shop with a blown engine and nearly new trans. If anybody has an 05 or new 6.0 that needs a new trans, let me know so I could try and talk my dad into buying it.
JohnDeereCatFan98 I just bought a truck similar to this. 05 and everything. I don’t think I will be naming my truck. But somehow it has a “I’m stupid” keyed into it. So I guess I’ll call it stupid

not a cold start look at top right gauge

why is there another temp gauge on the top right thats the cooling fan for the transmission
