There was one brahmachari visiting here a couple years ago on one speaking tour. He had an engineering degree and was the vice president of one temple in India that was quite big and had a lot of activities happening from what I could understand. One thing that I took away from his lecture is he said every day during the week meditate for 10 minutes, then study the scriptures for 10 minutes, then take 10 minutes to plan your next day. Write it on a card and carry it with you. I think that is quite good advice in the sense that you're putting yourself in a higher vibration of thinking before you start planning, and then you might find that you can accomplish some of the things today itself. Also your subconscious mind has time to start working out how you're going to go about your next day's work.

You’ve gone so far….the people who did this have a month. Jordan, Abbey and Mikhaila will take your confessions. Hazel will coordinate from here. You can also write your case and explain where you’re coming and the reason why you lost it. I’ll do my very best to make it generous but punishment is inescapable. I’ll also make my case for why you must never ever question manifestations of beauty and meaning without a great deal of humanity and care. We’ll speak in America, behind cells😜

Lust and Anger ...very well quoted ...these are the two enemies if you control one ..other will attack...so meditation and prayer is needed to control... even many indian talks about "kaam" (lust) and "krodh" (anger) to be the two supreme enemies of oneself .

I can’t love this video enough. I’ve been manic / depressive my entire life. It’s been a burden (and a blessing) to myself and the ones I love. It was not until I developed ultimate self discipline that I was able to retain my manic state. Mania has a lot of negative misconceptions. I THRIVE in a manic state. But if you don’t have self discipline and know what you do and don’t need to do, you’ll always have hardcore bouts of depression. Speaking for myself anyway
Great video man! Can’t agree more. No fap, planning your day, visualizing, cold showers, fasting, extremely controlled diet, water intake, training hard, as well as 100% honesty both to myself and the world.
By having these disciplines implemented, I can keep my mood elevated as well as the depression at bay.
Great perspective man! I appreciate the content!

3:24 - NEVER explain what you know you need to do personally to strive to be your best instead of lapsing back into mediocrity or worse. Anyone watching this channel for the right reasons totally understands, is striving to learn and do better too, and wouldn’t think to question it (nor would any of the self improvement gurus this channel highlights). You’re not crazy - you’re striving to be - and succeeding at - being very very sane - hell, bloody enlightened. And we need more of that in our lives and in this world, not less.

You can turn that aggression into "controlled aggression", as you suggest through meditation. This aggression is a precursor to masculinity and allows you not to tolerate ill-treatment from others. I must admit that I too need more work on my meditation.

8 months of life force retention? You’re almost at a year bro! Proud of you. 🙏
I view you as a sort of life coach for me. Your videos help me so much.
You’re definitely not the only one who thinks in this way. I’ve learned first hand that planning a day ahead and even writing down what you want to accomplish in a week really puts things into perspective and makes you less susceptible to procrastination.
I think meditation with No Fap is essential because as you said you can become impatient and less polite without it.

im usually not the guy to say that im "such and such". but i genuinely am a hypomanic. for a long time i thought i was crazy, and to a degree i am. i love getting lost in my thoughts and ideas and i am always confident that i am right. now that ive grown older and gained more self-confidence i am not ashamed of my hypomania but i embrace, and i believe that i will accomplish great things in this lifetime. unfortunately, there are many downs along the way, i will openly admit that it's been so severe at times that i hurt myself in order to feel better again. but overall i know that i am 100% who i need to be and i accept the mania and everything that comes with it. the kick is, i've never taken no-fap seriously until now. all of the self-hatred that ive overcome was done before i considered storing my energy. but now, now that i am on the no-fap train i cant even imagine how fucking incredible of a human i will be! stay on the golden path brothers, and one day i will lead us to a better life

I have been described as most people as hyper..
I've always had high energy, even before the whole Nofap gig.
And up to recently , I've always tried to steady myself and lower my energy state..
    That was a mistake..
After I started meditating, I can now redirect the energy in my pursuits.
    Meditation really is the key.

I understand the "hypomanic Edge" being bipolar, probably since childhood - but even after 3 days of semen retention I feel like I am coming loose at all the seams, i feel angry, irritable, impatient, and also kind of disconnected from the planet - it 's amazing, but I also like to be part of humanity - so I end up doing the deed...I don't know if I was just endowed with all this energy from the beginning so adding more is like taking it china syndrome or something, I think cold showers helps, and hopefully getting to bed earlier...less lonely nights and time for...distraction. I am so thrilled to discover your channel this past month, and see all of us guys who are on the Right Road - Cheers !

I started practicing Semen Retention / Internal Alchemy of Jing Qi (different eastern cultures have different the more or less same route to Nirvana with different names) - I started with Mantak Chia and "Sexual Kung Fu : Cultivating Male Sexual Energy." - previous to that I practiced twice weekly yoga, twice daily meditation, aikido, etc - I have always been a highly energetic person, and both my parents and grandparents are as well. I have been extremely productive since my teenage years -but starting Semen Retention in 2o15 until the present has improved my productivity so many times over - I've never made it over 19 days - I also have bipolar disorder II NOS (the kind with rapid cycling) so that has made it more of a challenge to dial everything in right - I don't know, even after 3 days of steaming my jing qi - I feel like i've gone from one good solid horse to driving a 9 horse team and still haven't figured it out, looking for a guru ~~~

Yeah. NoFap gets my anger to be a lot more sensitive. Meditation helps. For me, the tension of NoFap builds up energy that wants to be released. It might come out as anger, but directing that energy towards productivity and accomplishing goals is the best answer.

  • @Bochanable
    @Bochanable 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

I'm just too hyper to meditate. However, I have taken on years of celibacy....deliberately. I'm clear that I have had an incredible carnal life and NoFap was/is a lot easier than I ever thought. I began taking on cooler showers by accident when I recently visited the Dominican Republic. Even staying at The Westin, the shower was never extremely hot and then it would turn cool. Because of the island heat, it wasn't that difficult to adjust to. I now have slowly progressed. to half warm/half cold showers. It is refreshing and exhilarating when I am done.
Hard to understand why your persona hasn't yet translated to the "rather odd world of Hollywood". I lived there twice and I surprisingly loved it the first time at the beginning of my career in the music industry. And then when I returned and worked for Universal Studios, it was the most debilitating experience I have ever had. I walked away with a firm belief that "the city of Lost Angels is polluted with philistines". It is a beautiful city geographically, however, it is filled with so many souls invading the environment with their eff'd up dreams of being "a star". I'm a half San Franciscan/half New. Yorker and Los Angeles is just not made for me. I vowed never to return after I left in 2002. And returned to New York, and I never had.
I'm sure you've considered it. But the theater offers so much more authenticity in your pursuit of said craft.
You have an intensely captivating spirit that maybe, just maybe is far too genuine for something as flaky as Hollywood.
    Just my two cents.
India has to be on my bucket list after I return from Israel in March and Japan latter in 2020!
America has become toxic.....so is much of the world......it is more important than ever to dig deep for enter peace and sobering reality of memento more.......I'm actually getting a little more excited about my next journey as I pursue quantum physics.

The most imoportant part of this phenomenon is that spuls are naturally experiencing this awakening without a right Yogic preperation that enable nervous system to hold this juggernaut serpent and experience a number of psychosomatic dissorders, that might range from bi-polar to full blown psychosys, but the good news is this can be settled down by some closely guarded tantrik and Sidhha healing techniques

Bro, It's really interesting. In the middle of kali yuga when everyone is automatically moving towards lust and endless desire A man of my age group from western world in amazing accent talking about muladhar chakra, meditation and vital energy etc. Despite you are explaining several benefits of semen retention still you are missing it's actual purpose. Fulfilling materialistic world's desire is not it's purpose, it's actual purpose is to get rid of this MAYA(illusive world) and its illusive and endless desire. I would recommend you to watch The Matrix and Lucy for clear understanding. May be you have watched it several times but now watch it with different logic and explain it in your video.

That person still has to produce the sexual energy -- often times, bedridden, or comotose people wouldn't produce any sexual energy at all -- so even though they technically haven't been releasing, they also haven't been building up that vigor. NoFap works best on healthy, virile, sexually-charged men.
As for women -- there are some benefits but not as strongly as there are for men. Women lose less energy during orgasm, and they also build up less over time. They also cyclically have a loss of energy due to menstruation.

Generally speaking, if a person feels the sensation of sexual energy -- and they don't release it, they will benefit. Hope that helps. Thanks for the question.

Semen retention is tough when you have a lot of female sexual attention. Its tough to say no when women literally throw themselves at you. Its not pmo which is hindering the retention for some people, its women.

I'm not sure if you're still monitoring this post for comments because it's been 5 years, but the fact that you keep using the words insane and psycho to describe a beautiful state is somewhat problematic for me. We are not insane and me just saying what I'm about to say. Makes me more insane than all of the bipolar hypomanic truly manic magical thinkers of this world. I believe that mania and hypomania are mere tastes of what's available to us each and every day, and that those of us who are willing to explore this heightened State and find our way through the lows of the lows. We are the ones who are testing and new level of not only consciousness but life itself. And because we are experiencing this, we are also able to experience this world in a completely different way. I've often said that bipolar is an evolution of the human species and not an illness at all. The only thing that is insane is that societies answer to someone experiencing this. Very precious state is to medicate and until very recently, lobotomize. Until people understand something like this, they call it illness, they call it. It weakness, they call it trauma response and a million other things and they try to medicate it and make it go away, but it's not going anywhere. Sorry for the diatribe, my question was, what have you done with this new awareness in regards to your creativity? Your creativity? I'm sorry I don't know who you are so if you are an established actor or singer or writer or? I'm not familiar with your work. But if you are self-conscious and self-aware enough to understand how to bring on a hypomanic state, then I truly hope you're using your superpowers for good, to encourage, to heal, to reconcile in whatever artistic, creative way that you choose. If you've been looking for a sign, that it's time, to come forward and share your voice, your love, your light, with this world, this might be part of your sign.
