I think the shocking moment of the trick is once you remove the top tube but the tip of your finger is still visible make the trick ten times better, otherwise, it is pretty obvious to the audience, he just bend the finger that it.
I'm torn about this one. I think this suffers from the too perfect theory. It can only be done in one way and thats the method the spectators will come up with.
Thanks for the review David. I think i will stick with demi deck. You will have to chose the spectators well with this i guess. Demi deck works well for me .
I like it. I think most people will have an idea of how it's done. But still, I think it will raise some eyebrows. Seems like a fun trick. Thanks and take care, David.
To me, the biggest giveaway is also the most dramatic piece of the effect: completely removing the finger. If I ever did this, I would absolutely not do that so brazenly; I feel like that’s teaching the audience too much about how it’s done. Instead, I’d do something subtler: tip the top half on an angle to leave a visible gap, maybe lift it off ever so slightly for just a moment so the audience doesn’t quite know if they saw what they saw. That, to me, feels more deceptive!
Hi David, I recently bought a Flipper Coin, but I noticed that the seam where the coin splits is really visible. Is that normal, or could it be a defect? Thanks for your help!
@@magicorthodoxyThanks for the quick reply! The seam on mine is extremely visible, you can see it from a distance. In Metal 4, Erik Jones mentions that he could hand out Flipper Coins and no one would notice. But with mine, the first thing people ask is, “What’s that slit?”
So basically your finger just runs along the blade with a fake finger pulling off? That’s what the audience will think as that seems the only way it can be done
I don’t see any problem, you just have to look for a color that match your skin tone and paint the gimmick, good luck and have fun with magic as I always do.

remember you can present this two ways palm up AND palm down to eliminate that suspicion
Can you do it on your spectator? Cut your spectator's finger off?

@@magicorthodoxytoo bad

Wonderful review David 👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks 👍
Super hype marketing for this one 😱
Wouldn’t want to carry the blades around in my pocket 🔪🔪😳
Great, thorough review David
Thanks 👍👍
they're not really sharp
You can store the blades inside the tube. All self contained.
Can I put rubbing alcohol on the blades and set them on fire as I push them through my finger????
not only CAN YOU do it, but I say you SHOULD do it !!!!
I like it. I think most people will have an idea of how it's done. But still, I think it will raise some eyebrows. Seems like a fun trick. Thanks and take care, David.
Thanks for sharing!
I guess this product will be a great product for Tenyo to release one day 😉.
ya never know
I get quite a few of the concerns of commenters. Regardless, a very fair review for those who are inclined to perform this.
I understand

Great rview
THANKS !!!
I think this is superb for kids but adults will 100% know how this is done as it can only be done one way
remember you can do this trick palm up as well
Hi David,

I guess the question is HOW VISIBLE - take a pic of it and send it to the MNFGTR

Reminds me of Tenyo's "oh no!"
🤣🤣🤣
Waiting for release now
😀👍
It's neat..but can't see replacing Finger Drop Revolution with it.
👍👍👍
Ka Pow 🎉
🥋
But to the spectator it appears that the magician is bending his ring finger. Even if that is not happening the effect is ruined
they'll be looking at the other hand holding the severed finger - and with your finger locked in a plastic tube, it's kinda hard to "bend"
How real does the “Tip” look????
like a tt
@@magicorthodoxythank you!

you can also do it palm up or flat on a table
Review Destiny Deal!!!!!!
ALso great reviews, you are the only reviewer I pay attention to.
I'm Black. Would iy work for me as well? please be honest. I will not be offended..
they will teach you how to adjust the gimmick to your melanin level

This looks like something a 5 year old in a magic set would do… however I would imagine even a 5 year old would figure this out pretty wuick
oh wow
I think I’d rather do grandpa’s old thumb trick 😅
🤣🤣🤣
Just don't get the hype with this one??
